(...takes a deep breath..)..I once saw a spanish movie about a young woman whose truck-driving husband beats and abuses her, and finally leaves her when she falls pregnant...a real tale of desperation when she, as a waitress, can't work anymore....she ends up sharing her life with a 65+ old man whose wife has recently died, and lives a floor above her....poetic, touching, it reminded me that people find each other in mysterious ways, we come together for many different reasons, and sometimes a relationship is based more on support and need, and age compatibility is a minor issue...
