i work with disabled kids, only once a week, but its very rewarding and something i look forward too so much the smiles i get from some of them is justt too precious for words theres one little downs syndrome boy, who has taken quite a shine to me, he is 12 years old, and such a character, he came up to me and said ......." i have a girlfriend now" i said, " oh really, whats her name?" he said " her names ann and she is prettier than you and prettier than my mum, and prettier than kylie minogue" he mad me laugh as for them mixing with able bodied kids, they really do integrate well, i would give most kids credit for their compassion and understanding, and really the bridge between the two isnt as wide as a lot of ppl would think it is, kids seem much more accepting than adults do
Do you think sometimes that its better not to ask someone out because you worry they will say no? Can you handle them saying no? How come some ppl can handle rejection, yet others get all nasty and aggressive because they got a no thankyou from someone? When before they were all nice and sweet to you.
There were three women, a Brunette, a Red Head, and a Blonde. They all worked together at an office. Every day they noticed that their boss left work a little early. So one day they met together and decided that today when the boss left, they would all leave early too. The boss left and so did they. The Brunette went home and straight to bed so could get an early start the next morning. The Red Head went home to get in a quick work out before her dinner date. The Blonde went home and walked into the bedroom. She opens the door slowly and saw her husband in bed with her boss, so she shut the door and left. The next day, the Brunette and the Red Head are talking about going home early again. They ask the Blonde if she wants to leave early again. "No," she says, "yesterday I nearly got caught!"
