an ace [there are 4 aces] is supposed to mean basic forces ....... or see it as raw thoughts, something growing still and not yet taken hold ........ a direction , or a passion deep in you waiting to be born
ace of pentacles is the north or winter side so when you were told you have it in the palm of your hand, i think it means that your basic goal is solid and slowly growing ........ its new, and on hold as it is a winter symbol and things dont grow well in the winter........but they grow nonetheless, slowly but surely
im not expert at tarot ........ just have taken some of it in from interest over the years
get a good exercise dvd ........ one that you are comfy with tho ..... not something over the top that only a professional fitness instructor would do
we love exercise dvd's in this house [well ....... when i bother to watch them]
............ me and the kids dancing and prancing about trying to keep up with whats going on
it makes the hard work fun, cos we end up in fits of giggles
the kids dont need to diet of course ........ but a bit of exercise is good for them, and combined with the laughter at least we are doing something together
