My bad communication lapse going on here. When you used the word partner I took it as a serious relationship. Couple of dates I would just tell them it isn't working out and I am moving on. But people are seemingly different on this. I have friends tell me I am rude when I have done that I do it because then it is not a long drawn bothersome affair. We both know then. There is no hope or expecting.

I agree with you on this line of thinking. The moral fiber of my country has been dying for quite some time. Decades. So this has not just cropped up during the election But tis a shame that this is how we are presenting ourselfs during election. At least we are in the know about who and what we will be getting and will not be so blind sided.

What not being seen with these post is that this is not secluded to The United States. This has been going on world wide for decades. We just have amusing elections this year to bring us to your face. Start looking around and you will see the moral decay has been following the same road all around you. So actually we all are on the path to destruction.

The other two horses did not get out of the stable in time. I don't think they will make it on the ballot in all the states. Not that that should matter if they are on the ballot in the key states. I am unsure which states they are on. I know it is 40 something last time I checked

Actually our electoral process is so complex I don't think a five year old could understand it.

I think I might start considering evacuating when a hurricane is heading my way next time. Anything over a cat 2 and maybe I will go inland. That was not as bad as some but a little rougher than this little ol lady likes

For some reason it seems the older I get the more I treasure time. I am most happy sitting back watching loved ones friends and family having fun.

The thing that saddens me about this whole thread is that everyone seems to think it is ok to box in and stereo type Americans. But God forbid if one of us did that to your country. Also the lack of real knowledge you seem to have about the United States and the people here. It all goes back to the old saying when pointing fingers count how many you have pointed back at you. I have read some of the most off the wall stuff written about American. It is true many do not know anything about other countries. That is because they are happy living their lives where they are at. Hell they don't even know things about other states. Then thinking we want to Amercanize other countries, is that not what other countries do on here often. Bring up the gun laws or health insurance everyone thinks our country should be like yours. Are you incapable of accepting that people are different. Or do they all have to be like you? Then talk about wars and the bad americans. Has your country not partaken in many of those wars? The Americans are fat threads like no one else is fat in the world.? Actually I see it in many countries. So lets blame the americans for that too. We make other countries fat. Because we have pride in our homeland and love it we are arrogant? I become concerned when one does not have pride in their homeland. Americans are all of you. We come from many places. Make your excuses for your behavior as you will. And keep pointing fingers. I can see where that will make the world a better place. The man asked a simple question and I see it has been answered. I like many of you even at times I have not agreed with you. I have not felt the need to throw stereo typing of the small minded about your country in your faces. So now I have to go and prepare for a storm that actually might wipe out my home. But ya know what if I am a live it will all be ok. Not because I am an American but because I am a survivor and I am a human being.

Okey dokey since I can say anything...... I need to get this out....Dear Mother of God I just baked two of the worse cakes I have ever baked in my whole entire life. And I am suppose to take them to work tomorrow with me. And before work I have a dental appointment and don't know if I can squeeze a run thru the bakery for a back up plan. Geez Louise.

I agree with you. I also think tho the site stays much the same we as people do not. And our outlook changes therefor creating the illusion that things have changed. I happen to like slap stick humor. Or just about any kind of humor. So is this site still cool? Only the reader can answer for them self.
