So you don't think money or material gain can make some people happy? I actually was not aware we were speaking of People who don't feel they deserve happiness. I actually was commenting on "There's an idea that everyone deserves happiness, but why? Do we intrinsically deserve it at birth? Is it an arrogance to think we are all so special " Of course people who don't think they deserve happiness would find it difficult to create their own Do you feel that people have to have a prerequisite of they deserve to be happy to be happy? That maybe there are people whom choose to serve man kind and mother earth and yet without searching for happiness for themselves find it in that? Can one not have an inner light without thinking they deserve to be happy?
Does it really matter what one thinks they deserve? Without action it is just a bunch of I know many self centered people who are not happy yet feel they deserve happiness. Sadly their feeling of entitlement is at the expense of innocent people. So as sad as this might sound for some reason these people who think they deserve this happiness never achieve it. So to me thinking you deserve something and taking the action to get it don't do one a bit of good. Then I know a young lady who does not think of what she deserves. She thinks of the world around her. And how she would like to see every one happy healthy and content in life. Funny thing is tho she does not put a high priority on her happiness she seems quite happy. So no I do not feel that one must have a sense of deserving happiness before taking action. So many in this world thinking of what they want what they are entitled to. Some think they know what would make them happy. Riches and gold. To obtain it all for after all that is what they think they deserve. Yet sadly are not happy. Sometimes it is not simply what you feel or what you think but what you do that leads to happiness.
Words without action are usually just words. Feeling I deserve something and making no action to achieve it makes no sense to me. I feel I deserve to wake up everyday feeling wonderful. If every action I take is the oxymoron of what I feel how close would that lead me to what I think I deserve. In my opinion if someone wants happiness they do the action to get it. I have no idea with all the people out there what makes everyone happy But if they have the prerequisite of it and take no action to attain just only the feeling of deserving it then I would wish them the best at achieving it.
Maybe the majority of the human race ought to just be grateful they don't get what they deserve. Happiness is not a gift, there is no one with a magic wand to wave it over you and create automatic happiness. Now all of this is just my opinion but I feel happiness is an inside job. You have to appreciate life in order to achieve it. So realistically speaking I don't see where deserving it would fit in
I never enter through my front door. And all that knows me enters through the door I usually use. With that being said when I go through that door I see a happy dog, a grouchy cat, a dining table and straight ahead the entrance to another room so I push by the animals and head to that area.
I did not realize there were really any english speaking people left on earth. Once we butchered the hell out of the language I thought it was dead. Sometimes I wonder how long they will continue adding onto the dictionary before they give up

It is beyond me why someone would want to go out with someone whom is married or not single I think more of myself than that. So......tell doctor happy why you think going out with someone who is married or not single would lead to happiness? What distorted your sense of perception in life to give you such low self esteem?

A few years back the blogs was not as it is today. It was riddled with controversy making the forums seem like the milder of the two to join in with. A couple of years ago they worked real hard to get the blogs calm. I do not know if that is when they gave the power to delete post or to make blogs that do not allow comments. But I believe there is a difference in blogs and forums.
fo·rum 'fôr?m/Submit noun 1. a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged. "it will be a forum for consumers to exchange their views on medical research" synonyms: meeting, assembly, gathering, rally, conference, seminar, convention, symposium, colloquium, caucus; More
blog bläg/ noun 1. a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style. verb 1. add new material to or regularly update a blog. "it's about a week since I last blogged"
One is conversation one is an exchange of opinions and ideas. Sometimes the exchanges actually leave the realm of conversation. Thru out the years there have been many changes on this site. Each change showing how so many of us love change <----sarcasm I loved it when we could post links in the forum. They also quit showing how many views blogs have. I believe they might have felt the views were adding to the controversy in there. The more wilder the blog got the more the views. Same thing actually happens here in the forums. But not to the point of the way the blogs got. I like both blogs and forum. Some of the people I like more than others. But to think that the people in the blogs could not make it here in the forums is funny. Their interest just lies in different areas. I don't know if this has helped answer your question at all. Yet that is my idea of why
