I have trouble with the In "L" word..not the love word...i love all kinds of people for all kinds of reasons..but being IN "L" and having to say it...chokes me!!
However...i do not have any problem with speaking of anything else on my mind!!!!!
It was the original point i was trying to make with Puck...you can't just "choose" one bad habit and go on a "witch hunt"...because smoking is not the only "evil" out there...
And then it will turn into a "circus" if everyone forms little groups fighting against this or fighting against that...
I am not advocating smoking...but there are other "habits" out there that if "taken apart" causes some sort of hazard to those around them too...so where does it all stop???
Did you by any chance happen to share your views about our "US neighbours" or the "Jerry Springer" show...or did you just save that for us here on CS???
I started watching Dr.Phil when he was a "Tuesday" regular on Oprah..then i have to admit i really enjoyed his shows...but then the inevitable happened..."too much of a good thing"....
I did read his first couple of books...and at that time saw real sense in what he was saying....then his wife and son got in on the "action" and started writing books as well....(too much of a good thing)
Now i just come to the CS Forums with my "problems"....
I have a lot of trouble telling someone that i really care for that i love them...i choke on those words (long story not worth repeating) so it has become very important not only for me to SHOW them...but for them to SHOW me their love...
People tend to "love" everything...their car, their shoes, their dog..their job...etc etc....so the word has really lost some of its "true" meaning as far as relationships go...
