Since Johnny B's were kind enough to be so accomodating...I think we will arrange with them to have our dinners there as well...I am thinking that 7pm is a good time for the dinner...it will give people two hours before the "dance floor opens" to kind mingle and have something to eat...and at least one "before dinner" drinks..plus it will give more time to those travelling into the area...as well as ample time to check into their hotel accommodations....
Well if we keep getting the weather we've been getting...then no dress for me either...might give people the wrong idea about me...that i'm a "frigid" sort...

But as you know...the majority (not all) of men don't really take the time to read the whole profile...they are more "visual" creatures (Bless their little pin heads)...but you do have lovely pics up as well...so it shouldn't take long...lol

Just curious if anyone has come across or noticed that there are some people that just post between monday to friday - during business hours - (and no i'm not talking about on here...another site...)...what do you think when you see that??

If there is a way of just reviewing profiles...I have not found it yet...
However, I don't think that finding someone "compatible" is that cut and dry (not like going to the grocery and just choosing which product has the best ingredients and nicest label... )
I do think that being a participant on the forums gets you more noticed though...as well as giving people more "insight" about you based on your replies to topics...as well as giving you the same opportunity to "meet" them...
The "search" option, based on specifics provided by you is the only other way i can think of for you to "narrow" your search...
BTW...Just curious how other women handle meeting someone in person and deciding there is "no chemistry"...how do you let them know there will be no "second round"..of course in a nice way because if you agreed to meet them in the first place there WAS something there to attract you in the first place...
Paula Begoun "tests" all the products out there...from makeup to perfume to hair products...and every possible one that is available...she gives her opinion based on the tests run for it...so you can make a better choice about how you spend your money on these things and whether or not they are worth it...
Also if there is any "truth" to what the product claims it can do...
This weather has been absolute hell on my hair...ugh!! and with curly hair it can look downright "frizzy" if i don't control it...anyone have any suggestions of a good shampoo or conditioner that would keep my hair smooth??

We have one of these threads on the international forums...so thought i'd try one for just us ladies here in Canada...(products and such will be the same...some of the stores and products on the int'l site is not available to us)
This is where we get to do "girl talk"...we can discuss anything and ask any questions that you would if you were just talking to your "girlfriend"
You don't understand...my GIRLS (said girls for a reason!) idea of cleaning their room is to throw everything into the wash...also...even if they try on something and decide not to wear it they throw it into the wash....
I also have a little one that cannot stand having not one spot on her clothes...so will change and throw it into the wash (wonder where she gets that from... ) and because i worked all weekend...it was like a "free for all" in here...
Well we see some sun today...we had nasty weather over the weekend too Tracy...had to hold on to a lamp post thought i was going to blow away...my legs actually left the ground....lol..well it felt that way!!!

Her being your "best friend" would also know he is your "ex" and how you feel...it also says that regardless of that she IS going to make this man part of her life...she has obviously put her priorities straight...but by issuing you an invitation she is also saying she wants you as part of her "new life"...and the ball is in your court...
thanks babe...that's what i meant by "unethical"..the question in regards to the two scenarios she originally posted was unethical..there was no feasible reason to lie about either situations...the phone or your whereabouts...
Totally different from a "little white lie" to a friend over an outfit...though if i am really her friend, or she is really mine, she would give me her honest opinion when asked...
