Last night I discovered an email I wrote last September, to Mike 'Duke" Venturino, a gun writer and columnist of American Handgunner magazine, concerning an electronic article of his about the possibility of two different types of US military .38 Special ammunition existing, back in the days when weapons of that caliber were often used by some US military forces was published by that magazine in their January/February issue. My communication can be found in the 'Speak Out' section on pages 20 & 21. Regrettably, some photos I had sent him to support my conclusions were not included in the published version. They weren't talking about the country, but The Mist, they knew somewhere in the future someone would stumble upon this, and know what they are referring to.

A journey
There was a woman who won a contest to a an exotic island and she was so excited
as she told all her friends and family and in her excitement she wondered what will
she need to take and what she will have to pack up on her journey.
However, when she learned that some stranger was going to accompany her she felt kind of weird about this whole arrangement
Nevertheless she said to herself a chance of a lifetime to go to place she has never been was so exciting.
Now when she had met up with her partner who was going to accompany her she found he was tall dark and handsome type and seemed to a gentleman of such.
Yet there was something about him that made her feel on edge.
As she greeted him the first thing he said to her was she wont be needing all the crap she packed in her suitcase where she was going.
She kind of seemed perplexed to say what do you mean I have my clothes and things and a couple books and sunscreen and some things of value to me I want to take so what is wrong with that she thought. Well as part of the conditions of the trip she had to select only what she could carry in her heart and mind. She thought about what she was going to do with all her belongings in the suitcase and frustrated about her choice between the suitcase and what she valued within her heart and mind she was really in a bind of what she thought was important.
She thought of her life, her friends, her position in life and all the things she accumulated in her life as she was reasonably wealthy.
She just could not figure out what was of most valuable to her that she can think upon for the duration of her journey.
However, as it came close to the time that she was boarding her plane she sort of looked at this guy she did not know but, he seemed familiar and was rather upset with him as why he suggested to bring only what is important to her.
Nevertheless, she thought well she had her thoughts her feelings her perceptions ideas her passions reflections and dreams her memories of such and decided they were the most important things that mattered.
The man said to her that he was relieved because nobody wants your anger or hate or bitterness
because where you are going is to see my father in Heaven where you will dwell in paradise with me and him who sent for you.
All your experiences all the things you learned in this life is all anyone really has.
The material world is made to serve you but it will not be needed when it comes time to leave this world.

No1 is obligated to love u back
No one is ever obligated to love you back. Sometimes you’re the one breaking your own heart because you anticipated and expected something, and that doesn’t automatically mean they were supposed to reciprocate. You can either dwell, or move on with the knowledge that just because they didn’t love you doesn’t mean you’re any less lovable.
The 1st step is never easy
The first step is never easy.
The beginnings to good things are always the hardest, but it’s these hard times that pave the path to greatness. Be strong and keep the faith. It will be worth it in the end. The greatest miracle of your success in life will not be that you finished, it will be that you found the strength and courage to begin.

The paradox of our time in history
The paradox of our time in history is that we
have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider
Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend
more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less.
We have bigger houses and smaller families, more
conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom. We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.
We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things. We’ve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We’ve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We’ve learned to rush, but not to wait.
We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less. These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes.
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the
showroom window and nothing in the stockroom.
A time when technology can bring this letter to
you, and a time when you can choose either to
share this insight, or to just hit delete…
Remember, to spend some time with your loved
ones, because they are not going to be around
forever. Remember, say a kind word to someone
who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Stop comparing Yourself to others
Stop comparing where you’re at with where everyone else is. It doesn’t move you farther ahead, improve your situation, or help you find peace. It just feeds your shame, fuels your
feelings of inadequacy, and ultimately, it keeps
you stuck. The reality is that there is no one
correct path in life. Everyone has their own unique
journey.
A path that’s right for someone else won’t necessarily be a path that’s right for you. And that’s okay. Your journey isn’t right or wrong, or good or bad. It’s just different. Your life isn’t meant to look like anyone else’s because you aren’t like anyone else. You’re a person all your own with a unique set of goals, obstacles, dreams, and needs. Many things may superficially appear very attractive. When they are examined from close quarters, they prove to be disappointing. One cannot judge the quality of a thing by seeing its exterior portion only. Every shinning metal is not gold. ... ..The quality of anything can be judged .... only if we come to know the reality of a thing. Gold is gold if the inner metal is also gold. Many things are made of inferior metal and to hide their defect, they are given a shine. They look beautiful and attract many a person who loves beautiful objects. An object with a glittering shine of gold cannot b gold unless the whole object itself is gold. All that glitters is not gold. All people wearing saffron clothes cannot be saints. A foolish man can never be wise by pretending to be wise.

It is better to be careful to start a friendship with those who try to project themselves as your well wishers or friends. The credit worthiness of so many things are definitely questionable. When it comes to a materialistic thing, its worth can be judged only on using it. In the same way, we can find the true color of a person only by moving with them, though not closely at least getting acquainted with them. Life and death are two sides of the same coin
