DECLINE OF UNIONS IN AMERICA

The Trump economy.

Jobs for America caused by the boost in workforce and a booming economy is cause for the decline in unions in America. No more union dues. More take home pay for workers. Who needs unions when we have a president like Donald Trump. Trump's speech in Orlando and the following he got proves America is behind him 100%.

Foreign auto makers in the US are all non union. The latest being Volkswagen in Tennessee. Who needs them? This is a trend. Bye bye union thugs. Nice knowin' ya.

Jobs flourishing. Unemployment lowest in years. No more need for unions.

Why I've been gone

Around 3 weeks ago I drove myself to the Oklahoma VA Medical Center with a problem with my right foot. After entering the emergency room, I soon found out that my foot and part of my lower leg would be amputated. My foot was amputated that day and my lower leg 2 days later. It was severed 3 inches below the knee. I am now going through therapy and it looks like a long process to get to where I can wear a prosthetic leg.

My spirits are good. I did not have time to feel bad for myself as the medical process started right away. Tank God for the wonderful nurses at the Oklahoma VA and they are indeed the guts and glue of our hospitals.

Nine Things That Are Now More Popular than Pitiful CNN

This week it was reported that CNN lost 26 percent of its audience, down 237,000 viewers since April 2018, and down nearly 40 percent from its 2016 peak. To put those numbers in their proper perspective:

9 things that are more popular than CNN

1. According to Wikipedia, the population of prostitutes in the U.S. (approximately one million) is larger than the population of CNN viewers.

2. Across all cable networks, CNN now ranks 15th, behind Home and Garden TV (4th), the Hallmark Channel (9th) and the Food Network (14th).

3. The 237,000 viewers CNN has shed over just the last year is more than the populations of Richmond, Virginia (227,032), Baton Rouge, Louisiana (225,374) or Des Moines, Iowa (217,521).

4. Their remaining 767,000 viewers could all comfortably fit in Jefferson County, Kentucky (current population 771,158).

5. Their current ratings are lower than those for failed TV shows such as TBS’s Wrecked (846,000), cancelled after three seasons. The bottom-rated show on broadcast TV this week, CW’s The 100, had 901,000 viewers, which was 134,000 more than CNN.

6. More people tuned in for the 2018 Little League Baseball World Series (an average of 1.02 million per game; more than 3 million for the championship) than watch CNN these days.

7. There are more real-estate agents in the United States (1.3 million) than there are CNN viewers. And many more people work at Walmart (1.5 million) than watch CNN.

8. One survey suggests there could be twice as many witches and pagans in the United States (1 to 1.5 million) than there are CNN viewers.

9. Americans are more likely to ride a bicycle to work than to watch CNN. According to a new report from the Census Bureau, 836,569 Americans over the age of 16 say they ride a bike to work.

Bonus
10. More households keep chickens and other poultry birds as pets (1,020,000) than tune in to CNN’s primetime shows, according to a survey from the American Veterinary Medical Association.

BREAKING: AG Barr Appoints U.S. Attorney To Investigate Origins Of Russia Investigation

Attorney General Bill Barr has appointed a U.S. attorney to investigate the origins of the Russia investigation and to determine if the FBI's surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016 was legal.

The Associated Press reported that a source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that Barr "appointed John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, to conduct the inquiry."

"The inquiry will focus on whether the government’s methods to collect intelligence relating to the Trump campaign were lawful and appropriate," The AP added. "Durham has previously investigated law enforcement corruption, the destruction of CIA videotapes and the Boston FBI office’s relationship with mobsters."

In April, a Trump administration official told Fox News that Barr had assembled a team to investigate the origins of the Obama administration's FBI counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.

"I am reviewing the conduct of the investigation and trying to get my arms around all the aspects of the counterintelligence investigation that was conducted during the summer of 2016," Barr said during a congressional hearing in April.

Fox News reported on Monday that multiple sources had told the network that "Barr was 'serious' and had assigned DOJ personnel to the probe. Durham is known as a 'hard-charging, bulldog' prosecutor, Fox News is told."

"Sources familiar with matter say the focus includes pre-transition period -- prior to Nov. 7, 2016 -- including the use and initiation of informants, as well as potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuses," Fox News added. "An informant working for U.S. intelligence posed as a Cambridge University research assistant in September 2016 to try to probe George Papadopoulos, then a Trump foreign policy adviser, on the campaign's possible ties to Russia, it emerged earlier this month. And, Papadopoulos told Fox News, the informant tried to 'seduce' him as part of the 'bizarre' episode."

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) reacted to the news by writing on Twitter: "John Durham is an outstanding choice for special prosecutor investigating 2016 pre-election activities—his selection further demonstrates Bill Barr’s tenacity and determined desire to get to the truth and restore credibility at the top tier of the DOJ and FBI."

Mueller Report - What the media said versus What was really said 'Why CNN & MSNBC are FAKE NEWS'

Media says Trump exclaiming when he first learned that the special counsel was appointed: "Oh my god. This is terrible. This is the end of my presidency. I'm f***ed."

What was really said Trump actually said about the appointment of the special counsel," said Limbaugh. He then quoted directly from the report: "The president returned to the consequences of the appointment and said, ‘Everyone tells me if you get one of these independent counsels it ruins your presidency. It takes years and years and I won’t be able to do anything. This is the worse thing that ever happened to me.'"

"The Drive-By Media also seizing on the part of the Mueller report where it says — I’m paraphrasing here — 'if we had confidence Trump didn’t obstruct justice, we would so state,'" said Limbaugh. "Now, stop and think of that for a second. 'If we had confidence Trump didn’t obstruct justice, we would so state.' There you have it. That is a made-to-order morsel for these loon brains at CNN and MSNBC and everybody else in the Drive-By Media to pick up and run off with."

"In other words, even though they couldn’t find a single example of Trump obstructing justice, they aren’t sure he didn’t and they just didn’t find it," said Rush. "I mean, this is a prosecutorial investigation. ... This is not permitted under Justice Department law. You do not 'not charge' somebody after an investigation and then list all the things you think they did. That’s what Comey did to Hillary, and that’s why he got into a little heap big trouble here. Not supposed to do that. That’s why some people are worried about what’s happening to our rule of law, the Department of Justice — this, folks, it is beyond description."

The media, are busy cherrypicking excerpts of the report and attempting to spin them in a way that maintains their debunked narratives. "People are reading excerpts from the Mueller report at CNN and MSNBC, New York Times, and they’re rewriting it in the form of transcribing it or simplifying it, taking some of the legalese out of it so that their audiences can understand it. And in the process of doing this they are literally manufacturing things.

Everyday 'guy' tells corporate giant to 'stick it'

Tigers’ fan who caught Albert Pujols’ 2,000th RBI ball destroys Ilitch family, 97.1 The Ticket host on Facebook

When Ely Hydes woke up on Thursday morning, he had no idea what was in store for him through the day ahead of him.

In case you have not heard, Hydes is the Detroit Tigers‘ fan who caught Albert Pujols‘ 2000th RBI ball during Thursday’s game between the Tigers and Los Angeles Angels. Rather than exchanging the ball for memorabilia and a meet and greet with Pujols, Hydes made the decision to keep the ball.

Balls hit into the stands become the property of the person who catches it, so Hydes deciding to keep the ball was 100% his right.

On Friday, Hydes took to Facebook to give a little bit of insight into what exactly unfolded after he caught the ball and to call out the Ilitch family (especially Chris Ilitch) and Kyle Bogenschutz (Bogey) of 97.1 The Ticket.

*We are bleeping out words but feel free to see Hydes actually wording in the Tweet from Tony Paul.

“Holy . Ok. You all win. I’ll post my first social media update in 5 years. First, yesterday was surreal. I considered it an honor to catch Pujols’s ball and tried to act all day with the honor I thought it obligated me to.

Couple answers to questions I’ve been getting. When I was yelling “Anne Frank!” It was in response to everyone from the media and the stadium telling me NOT to let ANYONE touch or hold the ball. I thought it was obvious, but perhaps I’m just a nerd for history. I say, “Watson and Crick (And Rosalind Franklin!)” and you say “DNA.” I say “Neil Armstrong” and you say “one small step for man…” I say “Anne Frank” and you say “people are truly good at heart.” People were so cynical over the ball that I felt compelled to let every person and their monkey’s uncle pose with the ball and hold it. The ball is right here on my coffee table. Anne Frank wins. Now go vote.

Second. I am not rich. I am a broke-a** law student. I did not do this out of any sort of “entitlement.” Anne Frank, ya’ll. I had the best of intentions. This ball will most likely end up in the hall of fame. I’m sorry if no one can “authenticate” it, but the only reason I ended up with it is because Tigers management treated me so terribly.

Number 3 and this is the big one: (F___for any news media that want to quote me) The Ilitches–the living ones of the younger generation. They have ruined the damned game. They are greed incarnate. Their people treated me like garbage. I had to physically put money into their ushers’ pockets because no one in Comerica is allowed to take tips. They charge 11 bucks for a beer now. They share zero profits with the city. They own most of my goddamn neighborhood–and thanks to bryant gumbel, I now know they have owned it for years and let it fall into blight in order to use that as leverage to get hundreds of millions of dollars from a city of the poorest people in America in the middle of filing for bankruptcy. Hey Chris Ilitch: YOU. You are scum.

One more thing: everyone yesterday was cool as hell. Special shoutout to the dude from the Detroit News–you were the coolest guy all day. Shout out to Dennis Fithian and Jeff Riger–you guys were exactly as cool as I was hoping. I’ve listened to y’ll for years and gave you shoutouts all day. I quoted “Quentin Berry” as my favorite tiger and told Caputo to suck it, lol. What a great day.
