Can someone please explain 'illegal accusations' to me because I've been thinking in terms of allegations, accusations and legal process with respect to them.

If allegations made against Trump and Biden are illegal, it puts a very different perspective on things. It may even turn my opinions around, I don't know.

Many women before us fought and even gave their freedom, dignity and lives so we could be in a position to vote, to be treated like adult, autonomous human beings.
If there is no candidate who you feel will treat you like you are a human being, spoil your ballot paper: mark every box, scribble over it, write a message of your grievance, whatever.
Spoilt ballot papers get counted. It sends a message that you are willing to vote, but there is noone suitable, nor appropriate to vote for.
We need to learn to respect each other.
Hands on can get your hands hurt. I personally am a problem biter. Men who become problems are likely to get sharp physical rebuff. They might get one verbal warning. After that, I owe them no benefit of the doubt. Just sayin.

Don't confuse yourself by thinking they can be educated.
Having been a teacher, I have a tendency to not give up hope on the slow to learn.
I've gotten letters & notes thanking me years later for my patience with them, and
how I made a difference in their lives.
But, people have to want to at least want to learn. I'm not confused about that.
I just like to give them more than enough logical rope for them to intellectually hang themselves. Some eventually get it. Some don't.
This site has several that are quite... reluctant to learn (putting it mildly)
and instead lash out, when the lies they believe are revealed to them for what they are truly worth.
The best way to actually find a love is to get away from the computer and go do things you like to do. There, you will meet others who share your enthusiasm for the activity.

and make reality the best we can at the time. Steps in a better direction is
a better thing.
It will take a very long time to recover from the damage Trump has done to this nation. But, it should serve as a warning, that we as a country need to improve the system to prevent such a corrupt situation from ever occurring again.
