Biden in 2024...

My blog on Gag Order was filling with different topics. That said, new day, new blog. This one focuses on Joe Biden. What's happening now and what to expect in 2024.

gonelikethewimd stated attending a recent convention, people are saying they would vote for Trump (that is if he's not convicted) and if he's convicted, they would NOT vote for Biden.

I'm re-posting one of her comments on that blog for relevance to this blog:

This will scare you. The Uncle Joe handlers don't give a crap about anyone but themselves but hackers know where their bunkers are.

New Footage Reveals Wreckage Of F-35 Jet Amidst Speculation Of Potential 'Cyberattack'

Consider this from Daily Mail, citing Project On Government Oversight, a nonpartisan independent watchdog that investigates and exposes waste, corruption, and abuse of power, released a report in 2019 that showed "nearly every software-enabled weapon system tested between 2012 and 2017 can be hacked - including the F-35."

Despite years of patches and upgrades, the F-35's most combat-crucial computer systems continue to malfunction, including the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) maintenance and parts ordering network; and the data links that display, combine, and exchange target and threat information among fighters and intelligence sources.

As in previous years, cybersecurity testing shows that many previously confirmed F-35 vulnerabilities have not been fixed, meaning that enemy hackers could potentially shut down the ALIS network, steal secret data from the network and onboard computers, and perhaps prevent the F-35 from flying or from accomplishing its missions.

And there's this...

Green Hills Software produces the Integrity 178B Operating System that powers the F-35, F-22, F-16, and B-2. It also powers the Airbus A380. It was also quite possibly leaked. Now you understand why the entire USMC air fleet has been grounded.

Fun fact: the CEO of Green Hills… pic.twitter.com/sFTx2fKEBB

Was the multi-trillion-dollar F-35 program, often criticized as America's most dysfunctional weapons program, compromised by a cyberattack?

Kinetic bombardment

A kinetic bombardment or a kinetic orbital strike is the hypothetical act of attacking a planetary surface with an inert kinetic projectile from orbit (orbital bombardment), where the destructive power comes from the kinetic energy of the projectile impacting at very high speeds. The concept originated during the Cold War.

Typical depictions of the tactic are of a satellite containing a magazine of tungsten rods and a directional thrust system. When a strike is ordered, the launch vehicle brakes one of the rods out of its orbit and into a suborbital trajectory that intersects the target. The rods would typically be shaped to minimize air resistance and maximize velocity upon impact.

The kinetic bombardment has the advantage of being able to deliver projectiles from a very high angle at a very high speed, making them extremely difficult to defend against. In addition, projectiles would not require explosive warheads, and—in the simplest designs—would consist entirely of solid metal rods, giving rise to the common nickname "rods from God". Disadvantages include the technical difficulties of ensuring accuracy and the high costs of positioning ammunition in orbit.

@ DLMac...Good Lord...you are definitely long winded in your posts...Sorry, I welcomed you..When someone joins and has so many posts..they have an agenda.
As for Biden...I see its as a someone who has been through watching someone I deeply loved for going downhill..although it was not mentally...thank God the cancer never went to his brain..it was very hard to watch..I protected him...from many things...

I do not understand how Jill can want him to run for another term...It is hard to watch as some make fun of him....In my book is is elderly abuse allowing him to run for another term.
My opinion? I believe it's for the party. Chances are better for a 2nd term than if he stepped down and a newbie tried to take the race.
Isn't it elder abuse if you deny people the right to make their own life choices just because they're elderly? dunno

I agree with Chat, though. Biden must be under enormous pressure given he's probably the best chance the US has of remaining democratic(ish).
I disagree Jac..It is increasingly obvious that he has many symptoms of either dementia or senility...from the shuffle of his walk, to his forgetting where he has been...

With his poll numbers of people wanting him to run, low and going lower. And, his favorability numbers at one of the lowest...The Democratic Party would have a better chance having a new candidate.

I do agree that it is pressure from his own party though...Thing is, his mental capacity is important to the nation.

I would probably cast a vote next November, if the Dems ran someone besides Biden.

Unfortuately, it is not what is best for the country..in politics it is what is best for the party.
I can't comment on any symptoms Biden may be exhibiting, nor any cause, but in the wake of the Trump phenomenon, I do think it's about time presidential candidates were screened just like any other person in public office with similar high stakes responsibities.

I think perhaps there has been some anticipation that there woud be a Biden/Trump rerun that the Democrats know they can win. I imagine all the legal stuff will run it's course, however, and Trump will be out of the picture. It will be interesting to see how that changes things.

Although I have some inclination to think that most politicians are self-serving, I think it would be foolish to ignore the current climate and that democracy might be a motivational factor for the Democratic party.
On stage. With an international audience
A number of disgruntled Dems will vote for RFK Jr in the Dem Primary, that's for sure. But if - and it's quite likely - RFK Jr ends up getting royally screwed over by the DNC Party apparatus like happened to Bernie in 2016 - then you may see a lot of them move over to support Trump in the general. There's a lot of cross-over between people who like RFK Jr and people who like Trump. Both populist figures hated on by the establishment. By the way isn't it absolutely abhorrent that Biden refuses to provide RFK Jr with Secret Service protection, especially given how both his father and uncle (JFK) were killed? Some crazy armed person pretending to be security for RFK Jr was just arrested (luckily RFK Jr's team figured something was up otherwise God knows what might have happened).
They're doing a "Bernie" on Robert so they can keep status quo with Joe
cos that is the highest goal around there.
GUESS WHY the D leadership including Obama himself, and both Clintons want this ay',
just try and figure out what that is all about.
They almost lost it with the last president, the peoples choice from NY.
He screwed up their system so much that now it's damage control mode.
You're talking like a naive child Jac. You're so far off the real truth than one can get.
Biden under pressure, r u kidding me? You think he has a heart and care about the country?
If you think that I have no words.

Anyways, you lot continue in lala land.

By the way isn't it absolutely abhorrent that Biden refuses to provide RFK Jr with Secret Service protection, /quote]

That is highly misleading and typical of the poster, he can't separate truth from lies.

Kennedy’s suggestion that he is being treated differently than every other presidential candidate since 1968 is baseless.

The vast majority of candidates in modern presidential primaries never receive Secret Service protection because they are not deemed “major” candidates.

It would be nearly unprecedented for even a major candidate to receive protection this early in a campaign if they did not already have it on account of currently or previously serving in the White House.

It is a law that Biden has no control over!
Stop trying to defend the indefensible, Riz (something you constantly do). RFK Jr is no ordinary candidate. The Kennedy family is synonymous with political assassinations, for crying out loud. And Biden does have power to grant RFK Jr's request. You didn't even address the fact that an armed person was just caught impersonating his security - and God knows what the person's intentions were or of he might have tried to kill RFK Jr if he hadn't been caught first. RFK Jr should be granted Secret Service protection immediately.
applause cheering banana head banger yay

teddybear
Isn't it the Secretary of Homeland Security Alehandro Mayorkas who would have to authorise RFK Jr Secret Service protection, not Biden?

It could be argued that this is an attempt to accentuate RFK Jr's nepotistic value and consequent public status if having Secret Service protection reinforces the narrative that he's 'no ordinary candidate'.

Do you think perhaps this armed person is under investigation and a decision will depend on the outcome of that? Y'know, just checking for corruption in the Democratic party and all that.

Or would it be favorable to one of the weedy Republican presidential candidates once Trump is disqualified if RFK Jr runs as a no ordinary Independent presidential candidate?

After all, RFK Jr has protection that appears to have worked effectively with respect to catching this armed person impersonating his security. (I imagine he has to pay for that out of his campaign funds, though.)

And you'd want a presidential candidate to win fairly, wouldn't you?

And you wouldn't want enormous amounts of tax payers' money to be spent on a whim, or without any evaluation, would you?
Vision quest & such..

Biden in 2024 could of course cancel and withdraw the persecution of Julian Assange! As an absent CS member used to say '...just saying'
Mayorkas takes orders from the president. All Biden has to do is give the order. Announcing such publicly would send a positive message.

This is perhaps the dumbest argument I've ever heard. The concern should not be about how an action may be perceived in some corners. The concern should be if the action is warranted or not. Your argument reminds me about how Mayor Bowser and Nancy Pelosi complained about the 'optics' of having National Guard at The Capitol on J6, rather than just making sure that whatever measures necessary to provide a safe and secure environment were taken.

The person was arrested. They were armed and attempted to impersonate RFK Jr's security. What else could one possibly need to know? RFK Jr is a populist candidate, going up against the establishment in the form of Joe Biden. His family is synonymous with political assassinations. It shouldn't have taken the actions of some crazed lunatic for this even to be a discussion. RFK Jr should have been granted Secret Service protection when he first requested it.

A lot of speculation going on there, Jac. Again, what has this got to do with what we're talking about? You seem to be obsessing over things that shouldn't be relevant to this very singular issue regarding security.

He does have to pay for it out of his own pocket, yes. And he doesn't have anywhere near the financial resources of the Biden campaign. Thankfully the guy was caught (he had two loaded pistols on his person, as well as additional ammo). But Secret Service is a level above regular security, with additional resources available in terms of intelligence gathering etc.

Well duhhhhhh, obviously (not sure what that has to with what we're talking about here).

Enormous amounts? We're not talking about $150bn going to Ukraine, Jac. We're talking about a serious candidate for president - Biden's only current serious opposition within The Democrat Party. I think most reasonable people would agree that he deserves to have a Secret Service protection detail assigned to him. Whatever the cost is would be tiny relative to overall government spending.

Make the Call, President Biden

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. should receive U.S. Secret Service protection, immediately. Maybe the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s decision not to grant that protection could be justified before last week. But on Friday, an armed man, allegedly impersonating a U.S. Marshal, was arrested at an RFK Jr. campaign event in Los Angeles. The man allegedly claimed he was part of Kennedy’s security detail and told staff that he had to see the candidate “immediately.”
How many more armed men do we want near a presidential candidate named Robert F. Kennedy at a campaign event in Los Angeles? I think two is plenty.

Yesterday, Kennedy’s campaign manager, the former Ohio congressman Dennis Kucinich, wrote to President Biden:

This ever-present threat of violence is something you are well aware of given the security requirements for you and members of your family.

It is astonishing that under such circumstances, you would deny Secret Service coverage to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has polled more than 20 percent in the first five primary states, and whose net favorability rating exceeds both yours and Donald Trump’s.

Yes, under the law, Secret Service protection is usually only granted to “major presidential and vice-presidential candidates and, within 120 days of the general presidential election, the spouses of such candidates.” The initial version of this law was signed into place by Lyndon Johnson after the assassination of the elder Robert F. Kennedy. But the law allows DHS to make exceptions as circumstances warrant, including for “explicit threats of bodily harm to the candidate or indications of inappropriate behavior towards the candidate suggesting potential bodily harm.”

Who qualifies as a major presidential candidate? The law also allows the secretary of Homeland Security to determine that after consultation “with an advisory committee consisting of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the minority leader of the House of Representatives, the majority and minority leaders of the Senate, and one additional member selected by the other members of the committee.”

Hold the meeting and get Kennedy his protection, lawmakers.

The Secret Service began providing protection to then-senator Barack Obama back in May 2007, after DHS determined the potential threat was serious enough to warrant those measures. Herman Cain received Secret Service protection in November 2011 after his campaign requested it.

This issue is entirely separate from what you think of Kennedy as a candidate or potential president. He stands out as a potential target because this country has an ugly tradition of nutjobs assassinating presidents and presidential candidates named Kennedy. Senator Ted Kennedy lived with constant threats.
Kucinich die hard REAL Liberal Democrat.

I was surprised RFK Jr. decided to run, with the history of his family...The DNC does not want him in the race...he does tell the truth of how the Democratic Party has changed...It is no longer the party for the working class...The Green Agenda when fully implemented will take away many jobs from the autoworkers..The Union they claim to support...

My problem with him is his views on ALL vaccines...I predict we will have a huge increase in many diseases that have vaccines to prevent..because we changed the laws for illegal immigrants...who do not need ANY vaccines...

People in the sanctuary cities are waking up...they now see what the border cities have been dealing with for years...
There is still no proof for this...

It was more of the anyone but Trump...

I could go on...abortion..that the right-wing seems to want to put their beliefs on others...

The Republican Party will not grow, if they continually want to ban abortions after 6 weeks..Younger voters, especially women..do not embrace this...

It was the early voting that made the difference...

Something the Republicans need to implement..and learn to change with the times..
Have you been following the COVID vax studies and revelations?
RFK jr issue is with the ingredients of certain vaccines.

India Holds Bill Gates Accountable For His Vaccine Crimes
As Bill Gates faces a lawsuit for the illegal testing of tribal children in India, it appears that his crimes against humanity have finally caught up with him.
A recent report published by Health Impact News has reported that the Gates Foundation has found itself facing a pending lawsuit, due to an investigation that is being carried out by the Supreme Courts of India.
Health Impact News stated:
“While fraud and corruption are revealed on almost a daily basis now in the vaccine industry, the U.S. mainstream media continues to largely ignore such stories. Outside the U.S., however, the vaccine empires are beginning to crumble, and English versions of the news in mainstream media outlets are available via the Internet.
One such country is India, where the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their vaccine empire are under fire, including a pending lawsuit currently being investigated by the India Supreme Court.”
The Health Impact News article centered largely on a four-page report that was recently published by Economic Times India.
Eager to know more, I investigated their story and discovered that the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation and two organizations funded by them, PATH (Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) and GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization), have found themselves under fire, after a writ of petition originally submitted to the Supreme Court of India, by Kalpana Mehta, Nalini Bhanot and Dr. Rukmini Rao in 2012, was finally heard by the courts.
The petitioners submitting the petition stated:
“BMGF, PATH and WHO were criminally negligent trialling the vaccines on a vulnerable, uneducated and under-informed population school administrators, students and their parents who were not provided informed consent or advised of potential adverse effects or required to be monitored post-vaccination.”
Young Tribal Girls Tested With HPV Vaccines
The Economic Times India published their report August 2014. They stated that in 2009, tests had been carried out on 16,000 tribal school children in Andhra Pradesh, India, using the human papiloma virus (HPV) vaccine, Gardasil.
According to the report written by KP Narayana Kumar, within a month of receiving the vaccine, many of the children fell ill and by 2010, five of them had died. A further two children were reported t

Jeez! Pandora's box innit!
Another wee nugget of interest - the Super Pac associated with RFK Jr that is half funded by longtime Republican mega-donor and Trump backer Timothy Mellon, is almost equally funded by billionaire Gavin de Becker who assisted the United States Secret Service (1999-2000) in the development of its guide for Protective Intelligence and Threat Assessment Investigations.

It seems RFK Jr already has one of the the most highly regarded one time Secret Service security advisors looking after him.
