Lying about age????

Well that is bad when people lie about their age. I am 48 yrs old getting ready to turn 49. I am very proud to be 48. I've went on dates with guys from dating sites that look very much older than what they say in their profiles. I feel people should just be themselves and speak truthfully. There is always someone out there for everyone. If you don't like the way I look then so be it, there is always someone out there who does. That's the way people should think instead of not telling the truth about their age.

@calli I meant to have told you yesterday, that is an absolutley beautiful pic of you! Don't see how anyone could find you invisible! By the way, I saw you had your other son's pic up before, (Beau?). What a cutie. Too bad I wasn't 20 yrs. younger!

To start and build a relationship with a lie will not last long. I wanna make friendship & relationship which last forever (if it's possible). In my experience, people think I look younger than my age. I prefer older men than younger ones but instead I've dated youngers a few which unfortunaly didn't work out.

I'm 54 and proud of it. I once had a customer who asked me how old I was, when I told him he said that I looked younger and that whatever I was doing to make myself look younger keep on doing it. All I do is look after my skin and not bother with make up. A couple of weeks later I had a senior citizen come up to me and ask if I was enjoying my summer job. I explained it was a full time job and she looked surprised and marvelled at how I could do such a job at my age. Turned out she thought I was in my 60s. I couldn't stop laughing after this especially the expression on her face when I told her my true age. It was a genuine mistake by her as she was a little short sighted. But I agree honesty in relation to age is a must otherwise how do you know what else they're lying about.

YOU may look younger or older at your age and it all depends on how a person take care and maintain her/himself..
