New Experience

Tonight I'm going to experience something new in regards to my job. I'm doing my first over night shift. There is a special event going on in the area where the restaurant is so the opening hours have been extended for it. I'm looking forward to it. I've been warned that my sleeping patterns will be messed up but since after tonight I have the next two days off I'm not too worried about that. I'll let you all know how it went tomorrow. I will thank you flamelily. I've done a bit of housework--now I'm relaxing. Before I start my shift I intend to have a little walk along the seafront. I find a small walk helps me get in the mood for work no matter what time I start.

As far as I know Parti it's a one off. Over here it's Bank Holiday Weekend and for the restaurant it usually means it will be pretty busy. At least by working tonight I will get the experience so if they need me to do this again I will know what to expect. I like experiencing new things it makes life more interesting.

I work 2-10pm night shift for 10 years. I would have to eat a leftover late dinner when I got home.
