LIES AND DECEITS

This generation, I believe will go down in history as the most lie infested generation. You agree?


Lying, by simple ethics and moral in humanity is a flaw. Or on a higher note like the priests molesting children, a SIN. And, can be legally kn the court of law, a crime. Depending on the situation sometimes it can't be that seriously harmful. Although of course when it comes to love, it is devastating to say the least.

Sometimes people don't even know what they're doing is a lie. Losing a normal sense of reality is sometimes affected by our personal bearing and mode of survival. I remember all the horrifying stories of my mother during the Japanese occupation in the Philippines.

My three uncles were all enlisted for the US army.

When they interrogated them as to their affiliations, of course they lied. This is a call for life's preservation. But if we lie and deliberately deceive someone for our gains at the expense of others, I believe there is a certain violation of our code of good manners and societal conduct. Our character when it's stained with inconsistencies to what is true, then we become incredibly lacking integrity. This I believe is a flaw of character, but when we are calculatingly misleading others specially in love, this to me is betrayal. Trust is lost.

The point of this blog however is far more serious than just lying. Stealing one's identity for whatever purpose it serves is a federal offense. It becomes a serious commission of a crime called Fraud. Those that commit this heinous crime deserve to be punished and pay for their crime. If only to prevent them from doing more harm to others.

In our community of bloggers, I have heard about so many people who had been banished and came back as different people with entirely different profile and pictures. I don't exactly know what constitutes fraud by stealing one's identity for their selfish gain but there should be a true measure and control for those scammers, don't you think?

Note: There seems to be a pervasive reincarnation of banished members and come back as a totally different person (s) just to unleash their anger? Maybe I am wrong.
