You Know You're Getting Older When....

No offenses intended! Need to lighten things up around here.


Everything hurts, and what doesn't hurt, doesn't work...rolling on the floor laughing

You feel like the morning after, and you didn't go anywhere the night before...rolling on the floor laughing

Your knees buckle and your belt won't...rolling on the floor laughing

You can only burn the midnight oil until 9 o'clock...rolling on the floor laughing

The twinkle in your eyes is the sub hitting your bifocals...rolling on the floor laughing

Your back goes out more often than you do...rolling on the floor laughing

And another sure-fire way to know your geting older is when...I forgot.confused

You know you are getting old when you are ready to retire and praying for the day to come. rolling on the floor laughing I hurt in places I never even knew I had, there was something else I was going to say but confused give me a few minutes and I will say if it comes back dunno

LOL .. Hi Jim,

I know I'm getting older when..

I started having dinner at about 4 and 5 pm.

When the waitress handed me a menu at the restaurant and she immediately pointed out the SENIOR discounts to me. lol

When my new energy drink is now Ensure. drinking

Good jokes and hey, I feel surprisingly young if those are the pointers, they don't apply yet! YAY!!

Pal_54 made me laugh in particular with being called Tannie (aunty) - gas stations in SA were still serviced when I lived there and the guys went from calling me siesie (sister) to tannie. I obviously had to emigrate, before they started calling me granny! Murder on the forecourt would have created all sorts of complications.

Your honour, he called me Granny and I'm only 48.

Case dismissed!

As for CH - yup, you will go into a decline around now. The good news is that everything comes back on line better than before, afterwards.
