The Chase
Courting, to use Cat’s phraseology, is usually a game of cat and mouse; the predator and the prey.Not in a bad sense, but one usually does the chasing, and even in today’s modern world, that is usually the man.
So, how do you play the game? Cat has already told us his style, and it works for him.
Some people like the full-on romantic approach – flowers and flowery talk and whisperings of love from the outset;
others prefer a slower, softee softee approach.
Some like an ‘exclusive’ online relationship without ever having met, others don’t believe that online chatting is a relationship.
Some hate a particular approach, while others revel in it.
Whether we are the chaser or the ‘chasee’ (or both, at different times), we all know what we like and what works for us.
Or do we?
Maybe we can learn from how other people approach it

I always have experienced the same feeling when I´ve been really attracted to someone, it just had happened 4 times in my life, no that I have had just 4 relationships lol! ....but anyone from "the big number" had never reached the point of no return and they were just ....trainning. Thank you for that and I hope we both remember our episode together with a big smile....if we even do LOL!
I love quotes, I have a couple which are absolutely "ad hoc", both explain at 100% my way of thinking when it comes to "love affairs" virtual or in RL.

It´s it what it is. I know there are people who falls in love with a friend they have had for years ....I do not know how it happens, I have so many male friends but never, never had that sort of feelings for them, no even sure how they look like LOL.... we met and I didn´t feel "any attraction" hence we become friends. I know some of them could see me in a different way (maybe) but they know I don´t (yeahhh I always tell if I see any weird signal coming) so it´s ok, if there is something I have is an "absolute control over my emotions", my 2 ex husbands know that too, done is done.
I can not repress myself and not say what I "feel" ..easy if the other side can handle or feels the same, but sometimes they don´t want me or like me at all, and could think if they reject me my heart would be broken ....hell nooooo I´m not made of crystal. No doubt man, get it straigh to my neck ....I beg you!!!!!!!

As for that craic of falling in love with someone you have known all your life, I really don't believe that can happen.
I think people might settle for somebody they are comfortable with, enjoy their company, etc., etc...but suddenly falling in love? nah
Well that's not entirely true actually.. we have multiple positions.. of praying I mean..
Feel the attraction or not and let it speak but maybe .....I´m so intense LOL!

Im not too sure that its inpossible to fall in love with someone ur friends with for years.
What if some day in soemway they show a side to themselves that uve never seen before and it just melts u..and u suddenly see them in a different light.

I totally forget that people are 'foreign', from different countries, with different cultures, with different accents even.
The written word overrides all of those things
I did a couple of vlogs quite a few months back.. some people were surprised by the accent.. some liked the sound of my Harley.. but it was a really nice experience for me. Gave me confidence.. you should try it..
I don't. I just hear a generic accent for everybody.
I get a bit of a shock then when I meet the people and they have accents
