My niece and nephew are expecting their 2nd child... due around the end of this month.
Their 1st child, a girl will be two years old next month.
The second child is... (drum roll) a boy!

Appropriate to have a Hurricane baby on Labor Day weekend.

The night before last Mom didn't answer the home phone, assumed one of the siblings took her to see Dad. Then yesterday morning again no answer to the phone. Went over, her car is there, house empty but bedroom is locked (she locks it at night when she is home and whenever she leaves the house) She didn't answer the cell either.

My mind starts to think she had a heart attack in her sleep. We start to rush to the facility Dad is in when I decided to ask the siblings on Facebook - does anyone have Mom? Baby sister answered, "I took Mom to see Dad" YAY Thank you. I'm on my way to see him too.

Not sure why my mind went to the darkest place first but it did. Thankfully since baby sister is 12 years younger, she is more addicted to FB. She does everything from her watch which is as strong a computer as any cell phone. I ask a question and get the answer within 60 seconds.

It is good when your darkest thoughts get turned around.

Or so James Brown sings, so sweetly. But hardly, still, in many places, if we find ourselves in front of a judge for divorce. Yuk!

Our non identice (dizygotic) girls are terrific. Very smart, creative, beautiful, caring, etc. They are best of friends, although this was different before teen years. So, I've heard it all about twins---How the have their own language, know each other's thoughts, even at great distances, and so on. Interesting, but not always true.

Whenever am with my kids, I could hear people say..."you are lucky to have your four kids " . Am supposed to be proud. But the truth, it's not me, that brought them up. Their grandma moulded them that they became good kids .

Except math which since his young age, it's never been his favourite subject, other than that, he got no worries, though an exam is an exam, until the result be released that's the time I could say he made it. Again thank you guys... ::teddybear:

The really top lawyers and informed judges all suggest it. I've seen it even happen on a court ordered basis. But it is all too rare. Anger, hurt, denial, foolish pride. Sad.

Unwed early pregnancy, intimate partner abuse, time behind bars, substance abuses, obesity, school dropping out, and lots more. Follow great grannies/dads through many generations and you see it often. Culture? But there are exceptions.
