A 76-year-old woman declared dead at an Ecuador hospital astonished her relatives by knocking on her coffin during her wake, with the incident prompting a government investigation into the hospital.

What a wonderful feeling to end a day full of Love. Dad turned 90, Mom, all my siblings came together at an Italian Restaurant even both my kids drove a 100 miles to be together, 15 of us. My brothers got Dad out of the rehab facility for 4 hours. Lots of love and laughter. Dad had it all together today, sense of humor and all.

The question is will he remember it tomorrow? Probably not but maybe. Anyways there are hundreds of pictures now on FB to show him when we visit and to revisit the memories every year.

What a great ending to a day.

Nature's Lesson For Parents

I watched a hatching baby chick
struggling to break free from its shell
that was its home for many days
but now was time to say farewell

Mom had pecked into the shell
a tiny hole to start the process
She did her part dutifully
Now the chick must do the rest

I felt sorry for the struggling chick
and could almost feel the pain
I wanted to break off the shell
thinking it would ease the strain

Then I remembered someone said
the chick must struggle on its own
to start its heart and lungs working
for it to become fully grown

I stood and watched as a miracle
unfolded right in front of me
All by itself the chick broke out
and stood there so cute and furry

There is a lesson here for parents
who are raising a family
Be protective of your children
but do not do it overly

I actually witnessed this event.
I wrote this piece after reading a poem entitled "Too Much Love Can Kill" which pointed out that several children from middle class families end up killing themselves through drug use or suicide after they move away from over-protective parental control which imposes a lot of pressure on them to be super achievers.


What are your thoughts on parenting, particularly in today's society?

My "pet" passed away last night. I know some will say it's stupid or silly. But my heart is very broken very very sad. Our pets are and become family members. My cockatiel, I received as a birthday gift. I chose his egg and after he hatched I had to wait till he was 3 weeks old to take him home. He was almost bald,so ugly he was beautiful. I had to make his formula and hand feed him. Had to keep him warm and handle him to be would be tame. Even had to have a sitter when I went to work,he had to be fed every 2 hours. When he was old enough he went everywhere in the house with me. He helped cook,clean,and such. He learned how to whistle songs,and talk.
We were together 24 years. To him I was his mother. I don't think he realized he was a bird. Our pets love us unconditionally. My birdie had been with me through more than most partners would tolerate. Never judged me and always loved me for me.
Today it's almost unbearable. The silence. Every morning he would get up with me for coffee. Ide be in the kitchen and I could turn around and there he was. Ide pick him up and put him on my head or shoulder. But not this morning. No Doodles. The hardest part is yet to come. I have to gather all his things ,dishes toys cage and such. I'll find his things for a few days little reminders of my best friend who is gone now. I can hardly believe it. Going to miss his company and his beautiful presence for the rest of my days.
I loved him very much I will be lost and something has gone from me and will never be replaced. :'( :'(

Hi,I have a question for you what would you do if the mother of your boyfriend tell his in front of you everytime he should take another girl who had money and he said nothing in front of her to defend his girlfriend you killer her or left him?

many saying said about life that life is not always fair, life is about choice, life is not an easy thing to live. especially when we have to make a choice, make a decision between 2 or 3 important things in life. for our future. whether you will be happy or sad, whether you will be succeed or lose.

making a decision is not as easy as talking... not as easy as give advice or suggestion when friend comes to us with dilemma and have to make a choice. for me this is just about a courage to make a decision. i can say this bcos many times i was in this situation in my job. why a manager get well paid? bcoz they bear a big responsible for any decision they made....

but in daily life, some people keep considering what the best to do between 2 choices if they have to choose only 1. spend a lot of time and put themselves even deeper in confusion. this situation will not good for them, can be affecting their healthy and mood. but some people can make a decision and make a choice pretty fast as they know what they want and they know what the best for them.
So, why people prefer to stay in confusing and still cant make a decision which one they will choose? it can be many reason. in this matter, I cant say about encouragement bcoz it is not about yes or not, right or wrong, but according to me it would be more about what the next will happen if they choose this or that.

when a friend come to me to share and say that they are confuse as they are forced to make a choice.. I maybe will advise them to make a list of plus and minus between 2 choices, so they will know what is the best between 2.

but how if the case about love ? about feeling ? do you think by making "plus and minus list" will be helpful?
for example : if I were one of the choices, if I love him..I might leave him for his happiness. I will not let him make "plus and minus list" as it would not be fair for both of us.

what is your opinion? what do you think?

I have visited several primary schools in Abu Dhbai these days. I plan to bring mum and my daughter to this city. So now \i have to look around for a good school for my daughter. I have been to musaffah area, and al raha garden and Abu Dhabi city.Now i need teach her more English, and she need pass the assessment from the school. I have been teaching her almost everyday one hour.

I wish my efforts will bring her good education!
