Life and Love

Something to think about:
If you cannot cope with love then you cannot cope with life. The two are inseparable. You can't live without the love. Because to Live is to Love, and to Love is the utmost to Life.... Life needs love, and love bring life.

As the song so states, its better to have Loved and lost, than to Live and never have Loved at all.

The Manopause

We always hear about the female menopause, but never the manopause, normally between 40 and 65 years old its alleged that our testosterone levels drop, we do have some bad effects like moodiness, irritability but in general it makes us more positive, we develop more listening skills, we may not hear what’s being said but will nod at the right times and seem more patient with children and animals.

Its bollocks when people say our sex drive decreases, it increases and so does the frequency of our “male members” becoming engorged.

We suffer in different ways but strive to remain men, and be as manly as possible but are sensitive souls, I sobbed uncontrollably when I found a green and a white towel in my bathroom, but then went outside and beat up a rock as I am a man and it’s expected of me.

So women, please give men who maybe having a mid-life crisis a break as we don’t really know what we are doing or saying.

So grateful that a certain Scandinavian country is allowing little ol' me to volunteer there. Plan to spend the summer, while my kids practice living on their own without dear Murmar (she's just next door) in my awesome dig, taking care of my veggie garden, other "plants', tarantulas, pit vipers, Tasmanian devils, one toed sloth, Australian funnels, German Shepard," Mr. Bravo", and full complement transgender haram. One door closes, another opens. In which meetings does one hear such talk? Time to bone up on the Svenske and Arabic. Any bloggers having similar experiences with war stories to share? Hope it doesn't stop me from being a raving conservative reactionary fascist curmudgeon. Salaam aleicum. Shalom lachaiam. Apfele falle ikke langst fra stamme. Onaconapoona. ;--) Aa.

The sacred human body.

So many surprising things, many with little explanation or known function. Put hands flat in front of you on the table. Lift all fingers/thumb at least an inch. How'd that go with the ring finger? Pinch all around your face: painful. Now do so at around the angle of the jaw (varies forward and backward on some). Same pain? dozens more. And we're all taken with the "G" spot!?

Alzeimers, a very serious illness

Alzheimer's disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States per the latest report from Google.

There's about 3,000 cases reported each year in the US alone according to the same report.

It's a very difficult burden for the family of the afflicted and a very costly expense for medical insurance.

A friend of mine is going through this enormous responsibility for her 85 year old mother and I am helping her cope up with it.

There's so much to learn specially on the strong possibility of preventing it by taking care of our body specially eating the right foods.

Green vegetables, lots of fruits specially bkackberry, strawberries, red and blue berries.

A cup of red wine each day helps, too. Unfortunately I don't drink wine or alcohol, so I can't have that.

Nuts, fish, and avoid butter, cheese, margarine and not too much red meat.

Exercise is also a very important aspect in our daily lives in order to maximize the chance of prevention.

I'm still reading a lot about it and hopefully, I will not be afflicted early and spare my children the burden.

I wish I would just die before that happens.
