What I'm having difficulty understanding is how the same people who say "Let Egypt deal with it's own issues and let the people of that region work it out for themselves" would dictate to Israel and Palestine if they were Lords of the Universe.

What's wrong with letting Israel and Palestine work out the issues themselves? Why does everyone seem to have a vested interest in what each country should do? What's in it for everyone that makes this such a personal issue for so many?

SilverBirch: So I presented the disproportional figures of Dead and injured and they come out to about 90% Israels fault
and 10% the fault of the Palestine s .

And then you (Ah, Pat/Mac) whichever persona your going to use, ducks the issues and attack me personally, again.

Can't you stick with the facts? Israel slaughters 10 Palestine s to 1 Israeli death. I know this is the killing ratio the Torah calls for when dealing with goy, but Geesh, stick to the facts.
Ah, The head line I posted IS from todays BBC and yes, I did present facts that answer your lame excuse that "both parties to this conflict are to blame" Israel is 90% at fault.

But like the ZOG foot soldier you are, you can't admit defeat.

So I will move on to another subject. Try and drag down yet another thread and I will start yet another.

Poor sod.comfort

EGYPT and PALESTINE ALL carry blame so how you get "Both" iI wonder.

Until you apportion the blame to ALL then any point you make is moot.

New thread Ah? Shared blame? The focus here is on Peace. Israel having been given land in British Mandated Palestine carried with her a proven track record of agression. Manipulative insider squirmish behavior(that is so evident today) So neighboring countries tried to curtail the growth of this organized hate machine and all the while the Palestine is caught in the middle.

Shills like you Ah are the foot soldier of this evil. Saying that slaughter of children and non-combatants is fine.

It's not fine Ah. Because Israel has squirmed into the US government now everyone thinks its America is the moving force in this sickening display of insanity.

We're not Ah. confused

Well said. Yeah the British messed up a lot of countries in their quest that the sun never sets on the British Empire. In Ireland they got their answer in a language they understood. It is not too late for America in the form of real Patriots to desist from the current road it has taken in the name of its people.

Conrad73: Patriots?
Yea, When I swore allegiance to the United States that did not include its client States. It is my opinion that this should be the case for those in the legislature as well; to be free from the bribery of lobbiests.
The priorities of American policies should be in the best interests of all the American people.

SilverBirch: And Israel is blameless in all this?

IDF over reaction to solve a problem...

The IDF finally removed some checkpoints around Nablus. There are a lot more... All this because some clowns blew up some busses 10 years ago. Then the wall was built, so why do they need all the roadblocks and restrictions today?

Checkpoint in Nablus to come down-

Published today (updated) 10/02/2011 18:19 NABLUS (Ma’an) --

Nablus Governor Jebrin Al-Bakri was informed by PA liaison officials that the Israeli military will begin immediately the removal of infrastructure for the Huwwara and Beit Furik checkpoints.

Al-Bakri told Ma'an that the news came early Thursday morning, and that the deconstructions would include the removal of dozens of concrete blocks and barriers. He said restrictions at the Za’tara checkpoint south of Nablus would also be eased.

The announcement came after what Al-Bakri said was eight months of negotiations with Israeli officials, saying that without freedom of movement through the northern West Bank, economic development would be impossible.

Until 2008, Nablus was essentially closed off by a series of checkpoints and roadblocks. Nablus-registered cars were prohibited from leaving the district via the formerly notorious Huwwara checkpoint, where hours long waits stifled travel to and from what was once the economic capital of the West Bank.

Set up in 2000 at the outbreak of the Second Intifada, the checkpoint was a long-time symbol of Israel's occupation of the West Bank. In 2009, restrictions were eased, and cars were permitted to pass through the terminal.

The Beit Furik checkpoint prevented Nablus residents from using alternative roads out of the city, essentially sealing it off.

While the removal of checkpoints significantly eases freedom of movement for Palestinians traveling between major cities, the Nablus district alone has 6 checkpoints, three partial checkpoints, 33 earth mounds blocking exit roads from major thoroughfares, eight roadblocks 5,400 meters of trenches and 3,363 meters of earth walls preventing free movement.

UN officials from the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs have warned that the continued construction of settler-only roads, the expansion of settlements and the creation of an alternative road system for Palestinians to promote access to the West Bank around the settlements and military infrastructure only works to entrench the settlements in the area.

=========================================

Well, at least some progress... finally.

Actually you guys need Israel a lot more than they need you. They save you the cost of building two more carrier fleets just by allowing you to use Haifa.

Without you, they'd be able to do whatever they wanted and up the charge for the port to the Chinese or Russians who would be happy to pay whatever for the privileged of maintain a strong aggressive presence in the Eastern Med. Ini fact, that move just might be the breaking point for America so, be a little thankful they do allow you to use it for the paltry sum you pay.

Adrummer, Sugajoo, Bunny and of course, the Hamas shill Kalid AKA Silverbirch.

Kalid's second language is English hence he doesn't know that you can change the name but the writing style remains the same hence, Patmac is often confused by himself with others aas he cannot see the differences in styles yet, when his shills appear, it takes a second to uncover them.rolling on the floor laughing
