Like I said, it's political .. those people have no "use" other than for testing purposes - chemicals, genetically modified crops, medications and so on.

There is enough money and food in the world to feed everyone. If the politicians really wanted to help, they would build dams, wells,etc and teach them how to grow their own food.
If they stopped spending so much money on wars and put it into these countries the world would be a better place.
And they do use them as lab rats, unbelievable the things that happen in the world.
I cannot imagine watching my child starve to death ( a long and painful death ) and not be able to do a thing about it.

I dont think we should continue endlessly with aid. I really think that at some point, we need to let it go.
Many years ago, Indira Ghandi told the world ... Dont give any more charity... my people need to learn for themselves, while you continue to give, they will not learn. Now I think that was 40 years ago, but the point is.... she loved her people, but she wanted them to figure it out for themselves, because they were poor, having loads of children, and were all starving.
I suppose it's called... forcing yourself to grow up, wake up and steady up..
I wont give to charity, I used to, but not anymore... and heck, I work in one. !!!

In the same year there was U.S.A for africa with that song "we are the world which raised 100 million world wide.
It was accordingly then,was to end poverty in somolia and ethiopia.
Since then the problem has reached an all time high..and you wonder with all that money raised and i have donated over the years myself.how much money is getting there and how many dipping there hands into the money jar.
Unfortunately there is no quick fix problem to this and i cannot see any resolution in the near future.

So long as agents can collect money in the name of charities and take out their so called cost before actually giving the charities any money is a bad joke! The facts that most charities only get 10 to 30 cents in the dollar collected in their name is ridicules, but the charities look at it as receiving money that they otherwise may not have received?
The green movement refuse to use or install any modern power plants in the poorer nations,
Unless you can supply a cleaner energy source than a wood burning stove come heater in a mud shack, most of the poorer nations will simply die of carbon monoxide, shortening their lives by decades,

But they don’t just need food! They need jobs! So they can buy their own food!
