You dont need a weight loss program!
The only reason you are overweight is because a tiny body couldn't store all this personality !

I presently weigh 5,280 ounces and want to get my weight down to 2,720 ounces in 30 Days.

I feel like Fat Bassturd when I go out and eat. ‘get in my belily.’

I don’t want to try any kind of cleansing system so me please..




Herbal Life (I don't know if u get it in the US)

a Couple of men at work, went on it and lost a lot. They don't want to go off it, once used to it, as it's so easy to use, and they believe that they will loose even more.

It is mainly drinks, and u don't feel like ur starving.

2. go for a walk every day
3. keeps yur hands in yur pockets when you crave the sweets...
4. drink plenty of fluids with an emphasis on water

If we look at mammals generally...they are usually grazing...eating small amounts through out the day. And they eat hardly no Carbs.wave

I am a food processor with an excessively high metabolism so do not put on weight,

Watch out for the visceral fat.

I rarely eat processed food, too many gremlins lurking in them.

Never go grocery shopping when hungry, read the nutrition labels on what you buy being mindful of fats, carbs and sugar content. Drink plenty of water too. Try to eliminate late night snacking and if you need a snack, go for healthy snacks like fruit, nuts and perhaps half a PBJ. giggle And, like a few others mentioned.....walking regularly. professor

Drink a large glass or water before having something to eat.

Also, it takes 10 mins for the stomach to send a signal to the brain that it is full. So eat a bit ...and then wait...

A sensible diet is the only one that is sustainable.

If you cut out all the things you like, you will go back on them one hundred fold.

Eating plenty of fruit & veg, eat fish and chicken if not a vegetarian, drink lots of water, and given yourself a small treat every day will ensure that you have a sustainable diet.

Another tip is to buy a small dinner plate. Eating is half visual. If we see a half-empty big plate, we will think we are being deprived. If we see a full small-plate, we will think we have lots of food.

Yes all good advice. And remember to chew your food well and eat slowly. Give the digestive juices a chance to turn off false a false sense of not being full by eating to fast. Wait awhile before deciding if you want that piece of cake or not. professor

Low Carbs. I ate when I was hungry did no exercise lost 33lb....blood pressure returned to normal, blood sugars are lower, and cholesterol came down!

Besides being what you eat you also need to concentrate on exercise.

Attend a gym get a personal trainer who will put you on the right track.

I attend the gym six days a week four of those days I attend twice a day.

I'm into high Protein as well as pure Whey protein shakes I don't diet I eat lot's
because my body needs fuel My way of eating along with the shakes is so
to have lean toned muscle.

No good anyone giving you advice until you're assessed by a professional
as different strokes for different folks.
