..........buy some Zinc Lozenges. It's best to take them in the early stage of a cold/flu but it wouldn't hurt to dump some in you now. And brand. This is the one I have in my cabinet now.

I've had a flu jab for the past 3 years and luckily for me, I've not had the "flu" I decided to start having it done the year after I'd flown to America for a "special birthday" to stay with a friend. Got there on a Thursday afternoon (USA time) All his family had made preparations for a big special treat for me for the Sunday. I came down with flu on the Saturday. I was "floored" for 3 weeks, missed my birthday celebrations etc....I was only there for 4 weeks and was ill for 3 of them. I always put the "air" thing on, on the plane but facing away from me but that didn't help. I've had my flu jab ever since and will continue to do so...........

That corona-virus reminds me of Stephen King's the Stand. It's not as deathly, but somehow it's weird two unknown new virusses were in China in the last 20 years, causing many deaths. But with a population of about 1.500.000.000 people it's still minimal I guess.

Me too. Get it every year. You will never get "full blown flu" if you've had the jab, no matter what people say. It's a Fact. You can still get small "symptoms" of flu but not the full blown "Virus" thank goodness......------ This thread is Archived ------
