I sketched this down in 12/93. This is one of three I came across.
This poem is comprised from listening to Karl Jenkins masterpieces of Adiemus and Palladium, just introspection coined at the time of a musical journey.
He's a professor at the University of Chicago on political science and International Relations. Very informative.
I'm lazy as a slug.
This is about the reality that people never really leave you. They always return, either in mind or the master illusion.
Dedicated to one I have offended
Embrace Light.
Have you ever wondered what would have happened if Adam had stood up for Eve instead of blaming her by saying it was that woman you gave me? I mean that was a pretty ungrateful thing to say to God. What would have happened if he took accountabil
I have written so many poems about war. They are all in abstract forms. This is one of the only rhymed piece I have done. I hope it gives a clear message how brutal and heinous war is.
This poem is about how domestic violence can go unnoticed.

War is brutal and vicious. If only man can learn to resolve conflicts without resorting to this game
I woke today, just like yesterday, but with winters rain against my window pane, on this summers day, was wrong!, , no sunlight shadow crossed my bedroom there, no birdsong noone to care, and the light would dim, lie down and die, forsaken who? you o

The term aesthetic arrest was first used by James Joyce in his book A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. The philosopher, historian and theologian Joseph Campbell, also a Joyce scholar, explained aesthetic arrest as,"A simple beholding of the object... you experience a radiance. Alas the implacable enemy of man is not himself but what he thinks he ought to be What he had done but shouldn’t have done makes what he didn’t do but should have done pale If life were only just he would be able to edit con
Poem about accusations and superstitions and leaving ancient worries behind. Seeking solitude in nature always refreshes my inner sense of peace and tranquility. Much of modern society is conducted under the auspices of surveillance and security. Thanks to all the great poets, past and present, that have made CS a haven for many to explore and share a common love for poetry and free expression of thoughts that generate so much passion and feeling. Thanks to all my fellow poets for helping me to reach my '600' poem milestone. I started writing poetry on this site ten years ago after a particularly painful breakup and I have never looked back.
Just dreaming of love, falling in love and one final love.

This one was written 11-27-2021, just a few minutes before I wrote I Am No One. I'd consider this abstract freestyle writing. An introduction out of nothing and a conclusion into something, perhaps? Just to start off with some words and see where I can go with them! Although this is nothing but a rough draft, I hope you enjoy the meaningless, off the wall storyline! lol
I tried to re-edit Neighbors part 2, but to no avail consider it two views
