God song

Random acts of vengence
just so hate can breed
Those of us who hurt ourselves
are victums of our greed

A pergatory of permanance
a place to place your brain
Because once you look inside yourself
you'll never be the same

Poetic propoganda
to make you think your free
Don't believe a word you heard
unless it came from me

Self inflicted sorrow
lies consume our lives
Life repeats itself
and in the end everybody dies

Apcolyptic exile
ashes of pain
Death, deatn, death
F**k the world and all the rest

I create
I destroy
I recreate
and destroy again

Living Well Is Our Best Revenge

Like fine tuned instruments
When even one string is out of tune
Like a broken Christmas ornament
And stinks all the way to the moon

My message is please care for one’s self
Even endure some pain if bearable
Give and take is a thing in itself
In order to achieve its comparable

Seldom can you gain otherwise
Without making more sacrifices
The lives of our children are our prize
Something to think about twice

I bring to you this press release
More understanding than advice
A hope for change is a hope for peace
Better than the role of a dice

JUST SAYING IV

Importance of all lives should be the same
it never becoming reality is a shame
Integrity in every sport long ago died
denying it suggest you just lied

The mentally distraught are unjustly deemed crazy
procrastinate a euphemism for 'too damn lazy'
The facts expressed are hardly ever that
what's lost is always wear it was last at

Politicians could care less about society
self-serving is their ONLY priority
The United States is foreigners dream place
humans have fallen short of a humane race

Media is a sinister conduit inducing unhealthy stress
political correctness birthed an irreparable mess

(( dimensions of human ))
***

when, life - smiling, widely at us
when, everything, goes properly for us
when, days - are full of - charming colours
when, all melodies - touchig - our hearts
when, passing moments - taste so sweet for us

***
we, forgetting ( so simply ) all and the whole

***
but : when, we are weepy - of life challenges
but : when, we get caught - in grip of hardship
but : when, we are aware of our powerlessness & misfortune
but : when, we wandering in vain on trackless path of life

***
suddenly : the ocean of kindness & compassion, arise in us
suddenly : by A great might, we struggle to discover pure belief
suddenly : we displaying, A perfect & angelic FACE
***
Ah ::::: ( HUMAN ) ?? !!

Play, anyone...?

“Only play makes the man whole and unfolds both sides of his nature at
once. Man only plays when he is in the fullest sense of the word a human
being, and he is only a human being when he plays.”
German philosopher Frederick Schiller

as a holistic healer, i constantly have to think of ways to improve our health,
play, is, by far, one of the best modalities i have discovered,
why?
it is its own reward and its motives are pure,
to play...

.
let's ponder this for a moment,
play has inherent value, no one needs to evaluate it and give it worth,
in contrast, most other activities develop a value after their completion,
but with play, one enjoys it while one is engaged in it,
how more holistic can it get?

someone once called life “the game of the gods.”,
the ancient greeks were good at play,
Hermes was noted for his pranks,
amongst the indigenous tribes that live in North and Central America, the coyote represents the prankster who apparently acts purely for its own animal benefit,
at least one writer depicts him as 'the non-chalant-genital-scratcher', no matter whose company he's in,
{personally, i would draw the line there, but, hey, who knows, anyone with experience let us know...???}
all ancient primitive tribes ended most days with a dance and song around the evening fire after their meal,
folks, history shows us that there were very few psychopaths if any, in those fun-loving ancient tribes...

if we hearken back on our lives, many of us will agree that many of the happiest times of our lives were when we were at play,
does it not behoove us therefore to see more of life as play?
imagine if we began board-meetings with a song and dance,
man, that would loosen some tight asses, i bet,
imagine how much more effective teaching would be if some fun/play was introduced in the mind-numbing classes of schools across the globe,
And yes, making love, is definitely play...,
why, none less than Marianne Williamson said in one of her books, that we would eradicate crime overnight if everyone[adult, please!]got laid every night,

play, anyone...

We the people

Maybe im simple
but i dont
understand
why do we hide
in the lands
of twisted speach
why do we hide
from the words
that will give us
alittle freedom
that will make us
stand
head held high
when we see the light
within the eyes
of our child
so why do we hide
from the old
and the young
the crippled
and the ones
yet to come
why do we agree
to be called words
not of our name
words
of twisted meanings
that do nothing
but decay
the very nature
of the light
that used to shine
within their eyes
that used to make you
proud to be alive
yet we hide

The Olympic Flag

I watched the opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics at Sochi
The red ring failed to open up into a ring
The colors of the rings as well as the white background
Can be found on all the flags of the world
This is our first time competing in Russia
We boycotted the games played in 1980
The colors of the rings are blue, black, and red on top
With yellow and green on the bottom
I like the winter olympics better than the summer Olympics
My favorite is the ski jump
I also like the bobsled, luge, speed skating(short track)
Curling, freestyle skiing, and snowboarding
I like to watch hockey live as I do watch the Dubuque Fighting Saints
But like baseball, it just doesn't appeal to me to watch it on tv
Norway has the most winter Olympic medals with 303
The United States of America has the second most with 253
Austria takes third place with 201
The work involved to be an Olympian is tremendous
I think just to represent your country is a huge accomplishment
I wish them all much success and safety
As some of the events can be very dangerous
Luge and ski jumping come to mind
The safest would have to be curling
I would like to try that one some day
Ski jumping
Forget it!

South Sudan

I looked up the poorest country in the world
It is South Sudan
It is located in Africa
I think of the homeless here
They are poor too
I saw a homeless person looking at the menu in the Hardee's drive thru
I'm sure he has access to food at the food bank
But
I know he would rather have some good food
Then there was the guy living in his car parked by the library
I wonder if he was hot as a car can get really hot on a summer day
Then I think of Elon Musk, the richest man in the world
Is it fair for one man to have 254 billion, and another to starve?
They say it is easier for a camel to pass thru the eye of a needle
Than for a rich man to enter heaven
I'm sure with his wealth, Elon will just make a bigger needle

Without Race or Color of Skin

Lifting our banner high, we nourish the dreams that nothing can smother
Chasing freedom that keep fleeing, out of ignorance and lack of tolerance light must shine
No matter how long the struggle we still strive, breaking down barriers even behind bars
Now I realize the blessings that are deeded to us all,” freedom” it can’t be bought, stolen or sold
Many wars has been fought many lives have been lost, no score to be counted no measure to yield
Peace is valued in the land of the free; we must keep fighting to truly keep our children free
We must not let our dreams be shattered by the lull of despair
Our spirit cannot be penetrated in defense of darkness, tucked, torn or scorned
Think purpose, peace and promise and what it takes to get us there
Rally your soul on this sacred journey
Always anticipating happiness and the submission of excitement
Revolutionize relationships and keep telling your story
Our supernatural imagination will capture the vision
Clarity and judgment is not translucent when our day is gray
This language is not ordinary and can only be available to the happy and free
Power is a treasure to be released unborn

Keeping America Beutiful

There are many things you can do to keep America beautiful
Reuse plastic bottles and fill them from the tap
Don't throw garbage out of your car onto the side of the road
Instead put it in the trash when you get home
When hunting, fishing, or trapping, only take what is legally allowed
So the future generations can have an abundance of wild life
If you camp, be sure your fire is completely out, even the coals
If you must have children, have only one
So the future won't be overcrowded and the animals lose their habitats
Vote for candidates that believe in strong immigration laws
So the future children will have jobs and safe streets to play in
Recycle so we don't use up all our resources
Be kind to your neighbors so they will have peace in their hearts
