Why!

Why!

Tempt yea bee, not with riches of this now place world

For it bee not an eternity for you to reap

Meek ye are, not so to inherit a part to take with you into the neither land… for wherefore is such a place

For your place is in the land of never bee

Forsaken to the blackness of the unknowing and the unseen by man

The lowly worm is mightier then thou

For when you depart into the bowels of the earth

They feed, within thy very bones

The worms crawl in and the worms crawl out, they are therefore in charge for a brief moment here upon this earth

Time will erase any markings that thou might have cast in this illusion of fictional dimension

Like the, wearing down of the mighty stones to wind blown sand

For are we not all but specks in a black ebb that eventually swallows us up in both space and time

Are we not but mirrored objects passing bye to be obliterated by it’s breaking of the glass

Who’s toy are we … played with … by who

Foresooth, why, why, why I search for why … do not we all!

Pondering - disillusionment - Why were we put here - Is there an afterlife - Is there a god?

There are so many religions in this world …
So many beliefs in different ways …
I believe in the freedom of religious beliefs
Or non-belief if that is their wish

But to find the answers why are we here and where are we going … or if in our passing … we just cease to exist … to be no more … I know not why

I believe life is not complicated when it ceases it than becomes a complete blank … like no more electricity is available because of a blown fuse!

PS … I wish not to offend anyone
I only ponder why?

Walking along the shore!

I walked the shore, along the sand. This beautifull place, was given to man.
I walked along the edge of the water, for life is so long, and i've only lived a quarter.
Walking in further, up to my knees,I feel the cold chill of the deep blue sea.
Walking in further up to my thighs, for love and affection, unheard went my cries.
Life is so cold, like the water i stand, people too cruel, to lend me a hand.
Walking in further ,up to my waist, the times we've spent will now be erased.
Walking in further up to my shoulders,of living in life, i'm one of the holders.
Walking in further, up to my ears, the pains deep inside but my eyes shed no tears.
Walking in further, covering my eyes,i no longer see, or hear peoples cries.
Walking in further over my head, for life was so hard, but now i am dead.

Valley Of Sorrow

Unprecedented paroxysym, undiminished pyramids....
Palisades engulfed in complete despondency....
Encompassing totality, exhaustive transparency.....
Storms of rain...
Ingrained in pain...

Thoughtless provocations...
Without remorse...
Meticulous totality taking its course...
No resolution...
Complete absolution...
Blessed are those who dwell in the valley of sorrow....

Premonitionary Presence

Frequently,
Death sticks its sticky fingers
Into my brain
And rummages through my drawers.

Always
The presence lingers
Deep in the part of the brain
That feels self-preservation.
The presence haunts me
Never to leave.

Where will I go?
To Perdition or Paradise?
To penalty of Purification?

Flames throughout my essence,
Ashes throughout my veins,
And screams throughout my soul.

Close to the gates of prison,
I think of Death.
Frequently.

Malady

Its being lonely that hurts the most
The emptiness and loss of hope
Its sad this place I've come to dwell
I understand that I'm in hell
The bitterness envelops me
This tale of woe a tragedy
Lost amid the symphony
The darkest notes of melody
In the depths of my depravity
Afflicted with this... Malady

To a million Black Stars.

It is of course, the origins of to whom we belong,
and not the moral conjecture of right or wrong,
the issue, clear as day's fierce light,
that nullifies the argument of Black or White,
and scorns the moralistic finger on how we behave,
from the purity of our birth to our noble grave;
know we well the nurtured scheme of God, drew
a picture, conceived, drawn in whiteness true.
ni**ger with humour said, a pleasant colour brown.
Nay! tis a being lower than the lowest grown,
how they, in cursive modern times show ingratitude,
course their savage tongues, chant vicissitude,
in massed blackened throngs, their chorus ring
words of lesser understanding, pray, Who is Luther King?
alas! 'tis not easy to converse, with those who lack
intellect, the the sanctuary of our pious ways attack,
from the syndrome of our inner eye, we must Police,
whilst the seething, venomous black mass increase,
but with gas to cast a tear and rifling very sure,
we will the right of superior man restore
in glorious truth, God's visual image, doth invite
visions of the soul, a furnaced image White,
in contrast, blindness deep and sombre darkness rank
of surly deathly Black, with no grey to thank,
that which counterfeits the unchartered gloom,
White"s virginity, of stars and softly glowing moon,
'tis, in the simplicity of all earthly wise men,
that White is right and Black no more than Phlegm,
so, you ni**ger all, you have no right,
for God, through White men, invented Apartheid,
OH! How very sad, yet so beautiful is South Africa,
OH! HOW SINISTER, EUROPEAN TRAMPS, MADE SUCH A MONUMENTAL SCAR.

About this poem:
This was written after my stay in South Africa in 1961, the European doctrine of Apartheid was incomprehensible and not one iota of humanity attached to it, yet deemed the God given right of those who wheeled power.
If there are uncomfortable lines, then the lines are not in vain.

After Death

---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----

Its not just broken pieces I have picked up from the floor
Its my passions, its all my desires that have fallen
Its more than disappointments that have left me wanting more
Its inspiration from my beautiful disasters
Im crawling
Into my garden where my burdens have been sewn
If there is a hell below than its darkness too will grow
Lay down my head as the sun ignites the morning sky
Facing the heavens where my wings have yet learned to fly
On seedless grounds distractions and chaos tell me lies
Lord please light the temple darkened by my eye
Following Your footsteps but by religion I am not owned
Grant me relationship to be a choir at Your throne
From dust You gave me life and as dust I shall return
Harvest my remains until the dead are called to rise above the earth
Will my weight drag me down or will I cast them away as I ascend
How will I protect my soul, tell me how do I make ammends
...To a life after death...

Nobody But Me

Parentage that could not love me
I legacy that set the tone of my life
Painful memories are my legacy
From childhood to stage I became wife

Every time someone wants someone to use
My doorbell is sure to ring day or night
Being the victim I just can't refuse
I take pride in my precious birthright

Tears are my best friend always loyal
The only constant in my regime daily
Together we reign supreme cause we're royal
When we are together, we need no other really

~my eye's made me cry~

pawns set upon the board
the machine too their sky, soar
alphabetical slur's ignored
as tie's ride, ever more.

where investors adore!

for what is their sake
deny what is right
too justify their fund
blood thumbs, blood right's.

is it just, is it right
to en'velope man's core
or keep it in cinque
as you plod what you score.

is life set in braille
or can you expose
what machine keeps inside
right under your nose!

school of old, falter's it's flag
inbread of mind let's it be so
as you let the wind, pass you on by!

YOU say your boot sole fasten's the ground
while your whirlwind's in uprise, creating, no sound!
You are man or machine, did you figure it out
Will you let your mind bleed, or help it too shout!

BLACKOUT!

it hurts inside
every breath i take is just another lie

the tears i make
slide down both cheeks but i refuse to break

my heart grows cold
worn down from all my pain i watch how it erodes

i slip away
i never want to wake up to face another day

life is cruel
even when you seem to follow all the rules

why do i stay
when there is no more trust so we must betray

i can't hold on
it's easy just to give up so why be so strong

it's time to go
never to be missed i thought my friends should know

no one cares
left behind in this world filled with tears

i close my eyes
just to open them once more and see the sky

life takes a soul
from birth we treat each other like we have no soul

no end in sight
not until we reach the end will we see the light

i just blacked out
a hundread pills right down my throat i'm dead can't shout!
