The report from Congress' Joint Economic Committee says many of these workers suffer because their skill sets no longer fit the needs of hiring employers. It suggests more investment in job training.

Students returned Monday to Apple Valley's Academy of Academic Excellence campus and learned a large section of the bleachers were stolen during the summer break.
San Bernardino County sheriff's investigators tell the Victorville Daily Press ( ) that the crime was discovered with the start of school. There are no suspects.
It's apparently the work of metal thieves who get paid by recyclers.
School chief Rick Piercy says the campus is stunned that someone would hurt kids when budgets are strained.
These poor children will be bleacherless for years to come. Victorville students will be required to stand up at football games. (if nothing else...at least they'll participate in the Star Spangled Banner) by having to stand.

America is a democracy and very low corrpupted when all counts and president Obama takes care of economical issues as most other american presidents due to needs of the country... still under this administration , several positive attempts and regulations and laws against corrpution and russian kind of business have seen the light and that is one of the man reasons why Obama Rockks as I have mentioned before.
