I say I'm Still single because I am.
I don't warm or open up to any one easily, period. Communication is never an issue.
There has to be a reason with a goal, and that takes time. No revolving doors allowed. It's not just myself I have to safe guard.

I had something good in the past and seeing how good it can be, I don't have any interest in the crap that is going on around me.
If someone comes along and we both are compatible, happy with each other and I could see a relationship working, I would give it a go in a heartbeat.
I just have no interest in guys who want "fun", get up on everything with a pulse and don't want to have anyone in their life's - which sums up the vast majority of local single guys.

I wouldn't say I'm still single, I'd say I'm single. Nothing wrong with being single. I'm loving it! In the CS profile stats part you have to say Never Married, no single choice. Also, they say not single/not looking but they don't say single but not looking.
If you don't want to be single that's fine, that's a personal choice, go get someone then and quit whingin'! (that's for all the misery guts's who're moping about being single).

I always took that to mean not single OR not looking. I'm not looking, so whether I am single or not is immaterial

In this country if you live with someone for more than six months you are considered to be common law. It gives you all legal rights of a married couple. Except in Quebec.
