so, recently, i 've started to listen to myself.
(..the universe is always listening)robplum: me and me always talk together because me and me is what is, our mind is dualistic.
My self cherishing is what there is to work with...our issues, problems, mistakes all came from mind, our mind. I didn't create issues in your life, you did, my life I did and it is with mind we need to resolve our issues, nobody else can do it for us, its our own responsibility to polish our mirror, mind.
Its for that reasoning i don't listen to music; i guard my mind, I observe my own thought process, which is constant, we each of us grasp onto thoughts,, most often we are unable to resolve subject, so grasp onto next thought feed. Our thought process is constant, bla bla this, bla bla that, she loves me, she love me not, constant flow of F'n rubbish.
And it is mind we need to resolve our issues, problems, mistakes, so i hope that you all talk to yourselves. That maintain good positive motivation directed towards benefiting others , ifyou are not then please listen to your internal dialog, feel your subtle energies, listen to your foot-steps, the wind in the tree tops and please guard your mind.

when i post to you (or others) i often imagine you are in the room with me.

I don't talk to myself so much these days. But when I say talk to myself I mean talk to my dog, which most of the time is tantamount to talking to myself.
I miss that part of having a dog since he went, but I do take my son's dog for walks quite often and I have great conversations with him.
