No; wearing masks, sanitizing and keeping one's distance isn't "normal".

Many seem to believe that the vaccination process and a reduction in Covid deaths, is cause for a 'return to life before the deadly virus'. As a result, due care and attention to exercising safety precautions daily have become lax. Is that wise? Shouldn't Covid safety precautions still be observed on a collective basis? Could things ever return to "normal?"
One thing I’ve seen, here in Oregon, anyway, is an even worse ‘laissez-faire’ attitude about work schedules and a need to adhere. I’m going to sound like an old-timer saying this, but when I was working, being late or chronically calling off was career suicide. And, if the shift began at 6:00, you were there by 5:45. Now, I’m hearing employers all over say that can’t find durable, dependable employees, and I’m hearing (some) workers very curtly saying, “too bad. They can like it or lump it. I’m doing what I want…” I predict some future chaos for these cute little monkeys. It won’t last forever, and they’ll be tagged as unemployable.
Too soon to say. The great State Ohio is continuously monitoring wastewater for a covid as a predictor and they are mapping it online. I heard from medical authorities that the variant being measured is worse than the original covid as far as health effects go. Authorities in This great State Ohio believe they can now predict a covid outbreak two weeks ahead of it happening by monitoring wastewater treatment plants here.
Hospitals here are at full capacity and struggling to deal with cases. It's far from over I think...the government are doing nothing to introduce restrictions, makes you think
I've been talking to a real nice Filipino lady in Hong Kong. They just got hit real hard. My lady friend even got it. Of course, she was "vaccinated". She's better now, but I still don't hear from her as often as I did. And she's in her mid-thirties!

Suppose the plan is to "just let it happen" and hope the for flock thingy... you now the thing
It was never a serious threat to start with. it was only a new thing governments lieing to ppl turning ppl into germaphobes. the standard flu hits the same kinda numbers and ppl still die. the amount is never important if one person dies from a medical condition thats one to many. telling ppl get this miracle shot and you'll be bullet proof. when the same vaccine caused alot of ppl to get sick and die. does the virus exist yes can it be deadly yes is it such a thing that the world has to shut down. NO. ppl with allergies were even looked at like they were sub human. and masks never could stop a virus.
You are right, of course. It's just that some world official speak as though it isn't, now that many people have been vaccinated. Sadly, they even seem to ignore the fact that many are still succumbing to Covid's effects.

Yes! far from over, just because it's getting "weaker" doesn't mean that it's gone away. I feel so sorry for all the NHS workers these days. Having worked for over 30yrs working within the NHS and Social Services.I applaud you You all deserve a Medal

I live in South Florida and our restrictions seemed so much lighter than other states to me what I seen is many monitored themselfs. We had those that wore mask those that did not. I seen many places of business close up, knowing they were gone for good Some got vaccinated, some did not. I had to wear a mask because of my place employment. About a month ago they lifted that restriction. I went to my first movie three weeks ago, and my second a week later. So I am getting more laxed. I don't think we will ever be back to normal. The restrictions that seperated us from one another has actually done irrepairable damage in my opinion. Humans are usually herd animals. We like to stay in groups. When I go out about now I have noticed more people are angry. Covering up what they are really feeling they are showing out. Crime rate has increased in the area I am in. We had very little crime before in my area. Suicides seem to have increased and bodies have shown up to the point they are wondering now if maybe somewhere close by there might be a serial killer. Is it wise that we have become laxxed? To be honest if we are we are making that choice. If one feels that way then they are more than welcome to mask up etc....I am seeing some here still masking. I am older and this is not how I wanted to spend what little bit of time on earth I have doing. I am still cautious who I let in my space, after all like I said things have changed. People have changed.
there are enough strains of covid that the government can play it for decades if we let them. never know when the next time the U.S. will decide it needs mass mail in voting and such to win an, otherwise, unwinnable election.
excessive death studies, and other types, have begun. so far it's looking more like government shutdowns and policies might have created much more harm then the virus ever would have. every thing bad increased while every thing good.
the sad part is that they are still trying to push more harmful policies on children, the least threatened of all. except for the government trying to force vaccinate and mask them. when the numbers don't match the hype, especially on a global scale, it's past time to question every thing.
the vast majority of the time, when government says it's for your own good, they're lieing so they can support their own purposes and goals.

We were isolated and muzzled for a reason. Fear, terror, and trauma have caused the people of the world to question everything unless you are sheeple. Oil is over and the monies will all be gold-backed.
