I really don't know. When I got my first driver's license I was hoping they would tell me. My eyes are blue shot with yellow streaks (given my later life+ Air Force blue and gold :-)) . Yellow plus blue = green, so that's what I was forced to put down. Having seen what people call green eyes since (elements of brown in there), I was wrong.
