I was sitting here trying to remember all the threads that you and I have participated in...and it's impossible (with so many).

But, I can't remember even 1(one) that we have agreed on at anytime. (unless it had something to do with women)

Who is they?

This is great mystery and conspiracy theory of American politics. That there is someone behind the throne. Some that has the ear of the President and other future presidents so tightly pinched in their fingers. That they can dictate policy and position.

So who is they?

Ainty up. Some evidence and proof to 'the they'.

Is it some foreign power that can buy a presidency? Is it some super hero figure that on a dark of night call from the White House to his cave, comes rushing to the save the day and make a false democracy? Is it a group of rich and powerful, that pulls the puppet strings the President that dances a jig to their music?

So who is they?

Hollywood and modern fiction writers do this stuff all the time. To make a buck. If you cannot see past the created fiction here for moment, you are not living the real world. Let us find you a padded room and canvas jacket to stay warm in.

Both side of the political spectrum do it. There is some mystical force behind the throne. Obama owes it all to the Black Panthers and a small ingeniuous tribe that lives on Hawii that saved him from a shark attack when he was a child. GWB owes it all to the Skull and Bone society of HARvard and when he was youth in Texas....a drug laden Arapaho Indian that sold him funny stuff.

It is good tabloid trash talk. But hardly worthy of a honest political

Tea party and Repaulicans are the same... just some more radical Republicans calling them selves tea partiers and that,s it! As if Right winged agenda of the Republican party by it self was not destructiv enough!

I am sure it is rahter healthy this movemnet got along becuase Democrats can see they got to hold them selves to gether and showing political resistance so the whole show is not runned by tea party and stuff like that. I do not beleive tea party is kind of third party some thing at all and they have sure got some Democrats as you and others are mentioning... then Democrats have to figur out getting these voters back where they belong and can experince kind of results they need in their lives.

What is the political agenda of tea party any way? They reject the poor,unemplyed, immigrants and minorities human rights generally and some people who get in to this tea party thing are kind of tired being unemployed and poor as a matter of fact! Calling other ameiricans names and blaming them for what ever trouble they are in to does not solve any thing and tea party is all a bout blaming people with no real soloutions solving issues of America.

Well that TEa Party platform and canidate did appeal to the Ameircan IND and moderates, you have to admit. Demit just gave credit to the Rea Party for the REP mid term win.

They drew away the MOD and IND that Obama had built into a voter blocks during the 2008. So?

Was it Obama steering to the left? Or a better alternative for the Middle and Moderate came along in the Tea Party?

I think that you will find, it is the later.

Jvaski here give evidence of that. Juan supported Obama strongly in the 2008. But now he is saying that he did not follow thru on the left agenda promised. So to Juan Obama is centerlined.

If so, then the IND and MOD should have stayed with him. But they fled to the Tea Party. They found a better and more appealing political party
and platform that represents their views, than the Obama's DEMs.

Hence unless DEM can reforge this 2008 voter block...e.g. take them back from the Tea Party....the DEM is is a world of hurt for 2012. Over 1/3 of the country identifies as being IND. A large block that both try to snag. But with a party aimed right at it......no need to snag....just scoop them up.

The so called president A of Iran is talking often a bout Democracy as well so GWB even naming Democracy gives a kind of brrrrrrrrrrrr

The last time Pres. A of Iran got serious about democracy, 2000 of Mousavi supporters and his political opponent Mousavi ended up facing a cleric court. Not sure they are in the same league....specially considering....that GWB made two semi working democracies on Iran;s borders.
