Beautiful, Kaybee. I believe we should live our lives , remembering the journey is often what we are searching for. The meaning of life could be as simple as living it.
Hello Johnny... It poses an interesting question, doesn't it? I have a friend who has actually taken that flight before ( obviously NOT on the day in question!) ... he believes that it veered off course and they are looking in the wrong locations for debris, in fact, he surmises that they are 1000 k's off course.
I am not sure what to make of his idea... if the plane has been a 'victim' of a terrorism plot, there is a chance the inhabitants are still alive. So I want to believe there is a chance.
Thank you for sharing the photos. I have always found the trees to be exceptionally beautiful, so I imagine I would find the city near you quite breathtaking.
Nice to see you, Kitty. I am not so sure about your new friend though... just looking at his photo makes me cringe. I had one of these crawl over my hand in the garden once and I scratched away at my hand and continually washed it trying to wash away the experience. Unfortunately for me, they are common spiders and I often find them on my car... Not a great way to start my day...with my heart racing.
I went to see Avenue Q at the Entertainment Centre in Sale last year and I found it fascinating that it dealt with some real issues... very much along this line actually.
I know I tend to be an observer in a room when I wander in... unless I am waylaid by someone I know. I like sitting back and watching a rooms dynamics.
What you refer to as a 'clique' , I would consider natural. Humanity naturally seeks out people who are similar to ourselves. Once they feel more comfortable , they will search expand their initial selection criteria.
I have had parties over the years and one of the conversations that always comes up in the ensuing weeks thereafter is how natural it was for people to mingle and meet. I believe that might be a little subconscious on my behalf that I select friends that I know will get along.
I thought I was the only person who changes to flannel sheets! Thank you for exposing your closet's secret.
I change my sheets from flannel to cotton every year, remove blankets and change the doona to a lighter weight one. Then slowly change back when the weather cools again.
RE: Will I live long enough to finish it ?
Ohhh... congratulations on your highly secretive weddings! Would have been nice if you invited us!
