I'm pretty sure all of my blogs will some day be listed under some heading pertaining to cures for insomnia so I'm not too worried about what I post here or anywhere.
I don't think it's necessary for the man to be the breadwinner and the woman the homemaker in order to have a happy marriage. If such a traditional type of partnership is desired that is fine and there should be no shame in it. Especially if there are children. Children should be raised in their own home whenever possible. A loving, two parent family is always best for children.
I personally don't know any Christians that do any hating. Have never seen them bash any bibles around either. They're nice people; the kind others go to when they need a hand because they know they wont be turned away.
I have noticed that certain types of people here display their loutish nature when they do their Christian-bashing on a Christian poster's own blogs. Why is it that such types can never state their dissent in a civilized manner, but rather use the tactic of mockery and condescension?
I'm thinking....I'm thinking I suddenly feel like throwing some words of mass destruction around...
Lonelycountry, it's time for you to take your own advice and get over the rude little people. Do you really want to get tangled up in a relationship with someone that hurts your feelings? My guess is no. So be thankful they've shown you their true selves and focus on finding someone with better manners.
Owning a gun is a serious responsibility. It should be used carefully and wisely, if at all. This guy is clearly a nut case. Every segment of society has it's share of people with issues and is not representative of gun owners in general. Remember, news sells...the more controversial the better, hence a headline about a wacko gun owner/ police chief. Not so sure he'll still have a job once his superiors and/or precinct gets wind of it.
I don't recall seeing anyone on CS who were located in the PI, although I've seen several Filipinas logged in who were living in other countries. Maybe there is a block?
A "religion" that is so much to the advantage of men and so much to the detriment of women cannot possibly be a good thing. Why should only women be made to suffer so much? What does it do to the souls of women and men who follow such practices?
This young lady is actually very lucky in being able to escape to an uncle who cares about her and intends to allow her to grow up and receive an education. But she speaks for the situation of of other girls in her country and really anywhere that you find muslim extremists.
