To know all is to understand all.

We often don't know what lies behind a person's actions and reactions. EVERY time we find out, it makes all the difference in the world. That ohhhhh moment. We may still not agree, but we understand.

Granted, sometimes what we understand is they are seriously unbalanced, but even that makes us realize this was not a sane rational person deliberately being destructive, but a person who is out of step with all but their own reality.
