I've got a friend who has connections with the Gibson custom shop. He often travels to expos and purchases limited edition numbered sets. Reissues and special guitars 5 or 6 at a time. I haven't seen him in a while, but a few years ago he said his 'collection' was doing better than his wife's 401K.
I started off slowly with a few inferior products. My first electric guitar was manufactured by KAY. It had a warped neck and I had to leave it with a C-clamp to a flat surface at night if I wanted to pay it the next day. The warp would return within a day or two.
My second electric was manufactured by Danelectro. Yeah, the same iconic black and white style that Jimmy Page played. It would be worth a zillion dollars today if I would have kept it!
She's an immigrant from South Korea who practices 5 to 7 hours a day on many different musical styles. That jam with Davie was tight as thought they had performed together for years.
Her introduction wasn't intended as a contest to every other pianist.
ex-tra-or-di-naire Outstanding or remarkable in a particular capacity.
Agreed, the power has to come from somewhere. It could be argued either way... Should it be from several thousand cars in a city burning gas or one power plant 50 miles away with huge generators that already power the city?
I live in a second floor condo with a reserved parking space visible across a courtyard. Thinking about the obstacle to get a 150 feet of electrical cord to charge a vehicle isn't possible. It would take several 'influential' residents to propose charging stations at the end of each building.
I ran a cord to vacuum my car once and surprised someone didn't complain. The next time I did it was with a battery powered vacuum system.
Battery power in the right environment is awesome. Ask anyone who drives a Tesla.
gone... around here there are several community transportation services for the elderly. Free bus rides that run several times per hour. They pass hospitals, medical centers, shopping, etc. Also available, Uber and Lyft for those without cars.
My nephew lived in downtown Miami for a while and would rent e-cars per hour to get around.
Not every big city is like this but I foresee more ride sharing and 'pay as you go' transportation in the years to come.
Believe what you want to believe...
Dan_777I agree with Orchid.
And I believe because I've seen it with my own eyes.
It has indeed helped some people I know.
Under what circumstances?
Single dose, repetitive, combined with other drugs, prescription formula or purchased in a livestock supply?
Were any of these products from the same companies that state 'not for human consumption' or 'not to be used to treat covid' ??
