We had 3 big coconut trees when my family moved to Florida. I recall eating lots of chunks of shaved coconut. I'm no longer interested to eat coconut or drink coconut juice. Probably the last time I tasted some was 10 years ago in a Hershey's chocolate coconut bar.
While I would be fun to own such a device, it would be a quick trip to jail for actually operating one. Later today, I'll add a disclaimer to my blog. You know... someone might actually think I had a 'Mad Scientist Mentality' to actually create one.
Was it 5 per day? C'mon Loh... were you keeping track?
It was pure entertainment. Jim was always outnumbered. He always had a comeback. I'm sure many of the members who didn't agree with his political views are missing him now.
No. All profiles are the same. I learned back on Matchdoctor they were linked to Google search engines. Although this is an adult site what is said here can be searched via Google. That explains why the word filtering is so tight.
Rule 20: Think before you post! Comments posted should be considered permanent. Don't ask to have them removed. A wide public audience views these blogs. Your blog entries represent you to viewers. You will be judged by your words.
If you want to see how powerful your words are... put a totally unique word in one of your blogs, or profile for that matter. Come back the next day and Google it.
Don't be surprised if your unique word turns up in a search.
teddyKaz, isn't the DC to AC .707 conversion factor to cover the losses?
DC wins when you require high amperage and low voltage. Wasn't Tesla's generators originally high voltage? Transmissions over great distances were possible (Niagara Falls power stations) and the voltage was stepped down when it arrived near the intended source.
Daughter and husband go to a public event in a small auditorium. She wears a mask and he doesn't. On the second next day he feels ill and she doesn't. He tests positive and she's negative. She and daughter are in the guest bedroom (first floor) while he's upstairs 'chilling out'
I wouldn't know, but I'm sure a Republican somewhere would have a plausible answer. Something like a link between illegals gaining access to recently departed registered voters and racking up Hillary votes between the hours of midnight and 3am.
That's the problem... people are 'over this' and ignoring basic safety protocols, but the virus hasn't disappeared and won't if people aren't doing anything to protect themselves.
Notes from the video: 'Hey Hey Rise Up', released in support of the people of Ukraine, sees David Gilmour and Nick Mason joined by long time Pink Floyd bass player Guy Pratt and Nitin Sawhney on keyboards, all accompanying an extraordinary vocal by Andriy Khlyvnyuk of Ukrainian band Boombox. All proceeds go to Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief.
This is on the same lines as banks keeping a special pack of money that contains red dye. When a robber asks for cash, they include one of these with the real money. As soon as he tampers with it, the dye marks all the money as stolen, rendering it useless.
Ronnie James Dio, the little man with the huge voice. Having performed with Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, Elf, Rainbow and years with a successful solo career, Dio died at the age of 67 of complications from stomach cancer.
I checked tonight and see some reports say his net worth as much as $7,000,000. Most have him around $1,000,000. One story says he was arrested nearly a year ago and his bail was set at $6,600,000. My guess is he couldn't afford to get out and is waiting trial, but somewhere I read he was being held without bond.
Agreed, if he's mentally unfit to stand trial, there is a good chance he will be committed to a mental hospital.
