You wouldn't believe how rare that is in long-term relationships but maybe I hear from the wrong people, the ones who are happily active don't have time to talk
Oh aye, I'm a registered organ donor and have a standing DNR but having said that, I should check I tick all the Spanish requirements too.
Depends on the demand for organs but I rather hope it will mean the medical authorities would waste no time shutting me down after harvesting all usable bits. I'm suspecting there won't be any queue for my lungs.
I did a blog recently about those on their own, didn't foresee this scenario
Mentally incapacitated, I guess the State takes over and you wouldn't even be aware Physically incapacitated, oh happy thoughts for the next time I can't sleep at 3 am
Oh Molly yes, I can well believe that but I actually meant stepping out on a blog or forum was scary the first time. Maybe only me? The timid comment, the hammering pulse, the nervous glancing from side to side and hoping nobody actually notices
Well, that was a while back. In a way I miss the thrill of Actually Being Noticed by the god of the blog and the kind reply
Hi, shout out to mature CS members in this part of Spain - meets are a good way to meet a bunch of others in the same general area. without any pressure, so it would be great to have at least ten people.
Messages have been sent and there's already 8 definite maybes, so according to CS the next step is to set up a thread.
Tick.
A venue has been suggested in Fuengirola which looks fab, but suggestions between Malaga and Motril would also go down well - some of those interested are in Malaga, but a few are in Motril and between the two (on the coast and inland).
There are quite a lot of us in this general area, even if it's too far for you, go ahead and post a comment, it could get others nearer to yours interested in setting up a more local lunch -
Very general plan would be a Saturday or Sunday in around a month's time. The messages sent were to people who don't usually use the forums or blogs so if you feel more comfortable continuing with messaging, no problem - however, the more people who post a comment, the better an idea we can all get of how much interest there is.
3. Often break down because one or both partners retire from work and they have to spend more time together. That's a sad time to realize the person you have been with so long is unbearably irritating 24/7
2. People change, all the time. You aren't the person you were 5 years ago. Sometimes the changes don't suit the relationship
1. Life sucks, maybe it will be better with a new person.
I'm just guessing, never been in a long-term romantic relationship. I guess I have a short attention span
Whether my doctor has ever treated my condition before, and if so, how many of his patients survived
My gynae admitted cheerfully AFTER my C section that it was the first he had done with the patient conscious with a spinal block. He was so over-cautious I couldn't move my legs for 7 hours
From the past, Napoleon, from the present, Donald Trump. Napoleon would have to be able to speak English, not a problem, right? And neither could leave until I said so?
As to why, I'm told Napoleon was utterly charming when he wanted to be, and I'm fascinated by driven men. Donald Trump is such an immensely contentious figure, yet has such a mesmeric effect on his followers, I'd love to see him in a normal setting to see why, and if my opinion of him face-to-face changed.
And what a conversational combination they would be, eh? It might be a fairly short dinner, though. I do accept that it probably wouldn't be harmonious, but the chocolate cake for dessert should be good.
Main reason - they don't want to be recognized by colleagues or neighbours or the strange lonely person living in a shack in the same area that they've been trying to avoid for a while now ...
Also the photographs do appear on the internet world wide so there is the chance someone could Google your Facebook photo, for example, and learn you are on a singles website, shock horror.
I didn't read comments so oops my bad if this has already been said 30 or 40 times
How often is often once things have settled down?
This is getting really interesting on the actual voting. Women are saying a couple of times a week. Men are ticking less often.
