Hi Stefan...GREETINGS from the land of perpetual sunshine Switzerland.... we just having a minor blizzard of siberian type weather at the moment, but it will pass, like all things do.
I do hope you going to stick around and have discussions with us. We're a pretty spread out bunch of folk from all over Europe, and we mostly all have vastly differing opinions.
By the way, I see you from Doncaster? My brother-in-law comes from there.... a small town called Hatfield, you know it? Its all a bit confusing to me cause I think he said theres two Doncasters or two Hatfields, and he comes from one of them..... Guess he doesnt want me tracking down his family or something.

Ah Freeze, my darling innocent little girl, stay as sweet and innocent as you are.... and forget about enquiring how high is high, or how high is too high, or how high is high enough, or how high is not high enough. Those things are best left to those who have experience in these matters of height. You just concentrate on keeping your feet firmly on the ground, or on the ships deck, wherever you happen to be at the time, and stay as far away from heights as you can. Some people cant handle being on heights, or even being high, never mind being tooo high.

But seriously, Think about this.... when you "wake up in the morning", how do you know that is the "real time"? And then when you "go to sleep" at night how do you know you are conking out? |You know how, sometimes you cant keep awake? Well thats bacause its time you got to have to get back into your natural state. When you're "awake" in the day... you could be in "dreamstate"... and all the going to work, and housework, and learning, etc. is all just a figment of your imagination. When you're "sleeping"... the world is perfect... its in darkness where you are, and nothing is happening.. which is maybe how its supposed to be. Then you wake up, and begin doing the pollution things and worrying about things and stressing, and then you retire from all that........ THINK ABOUT THIS....!.. WHEN is the time when people usually see, or get beamed up into UFO space-crafts? Night-time of course........... and in the daytime no-one believes them

Saturday...& where is everybody?

Hi Chika, and Freeze. Thanks for answering my thread about my confusion.
First off, thank you Chika for saying encouraging things to me.. I often wonder if my insane renderings drive some folk a bit crazy. Of course sometimes they are done deliberately.... especially for our resident artist who lives up in the snow-bound alps of Austria, just to keep him on his toes and active!
And Freeze, darl, I sent you an email this morning, telling you I deleted one of my photos, and posted a newy, and they telling me now, above that blank space (last night I had the newy, and written accros it was "pending"... and this morning I am deleted) that I can post "0" more photos..... but there are only 2 there!
Gosh, maybe they think my new photo doesnt look like the old me!? I cant help it if I keep improving with age!!!!
I must be like Wine! I just keep on improving..... imagine what Im going to look like by the time Im 90!

Oh and another thing this morning..... every time I click on something, it takes soooo long to upload, that I got time to roll a cigarette, go outside on the freezing patio, in the Siberian wind, and smoke it, before Im ready to go "back", "submit", or whatever.
Weird huh? and theres nothing wrong with my pc! must be "them".

I woke up late this morning, after battling all night to get a new photo onto the site... Did it finally. And this morning when I logged on, to see what I looked like..... I wasnt there anymore, at least my photo is missing from the set of 3, and the site told me I can upload 0 more photos?

PLUS everybody else, except Freeze, Wedy and me, are missing... just blank spaces. I have contacted the site about my photo... but am wondering what happened to everybody else?

Is this just me and my pc, or is anyone else having this problem?

Okay Wedy, What I need is a shop, where I can go and choose myself a partner for the winter. Then I just have him delivered here, and he is perfect and behaves himself.

But, lacking that shop.....I will knit a Tea-cosy to keep the teapot hot. Read my way thru a stack of books. Go for super looooooong walks thru the forests and farmlands, until the locals think theres a weirdo in the village. Then on week-ends I will now and again grace one of the traditional old restaurants in the village with my company, drink beer at the Stammtisch table, where I will attempt conversation in broken gibberish that sounds like Schweizedutsch, get happily drunk, and stagger out into the snow and wend my way homeward, singing christmas carols, and falling into wayside ditches of freezing water, getting covered in mud, hitching a ride on a tractor bringing piles of cut wood from the forest, and eventually land where I live... everyone knows where everyone lives, here.
Sounds like quite a life huh?!
I've given up trying to act dignified... doesnt do anything for me... so I just enjoy myself.... thats something I know exactly how to do.

I am the queen of making that. I met a Hollander, who casually remarked that he had tasted this in South Africa, and in Holland no-one knew how to make it!!! It came to SA from Holland with the Settlers about 200 years ago.

Sure, I spend my life analysing EVERYTHING.... specialy "What went wrong" things. Now Ive come to the conclusion that I must just be too perfect. Thats what keeps my self-esteem bolstered! So now I am no longer perfect.... age has taken care of that problem... and now I can relax and be myself... if I can still remember who myself is. Except now I have run out of husbands to not be perfect with! I think maybe they like imperfection.... cause their next women were all definitely not the perfect sorts (meeow).
As with most things in life, I reckon you always got to try and figure what went wrong. Most times, with relationships, I have figured that its not something that went wrong, as such, it was all just a learning curve! And now, with all that acquired knowledge, and no-one to practice it on... for now anyway....I try and practice positive thinking that there must have been a good reason for me learning all that I have learnt! Must be a reason.... what am I supposed to do with all this knowledge?

Believe me my darl, Its HARD DISCIPLINED WORK! Ive done it, and have now moved on. One day I tell you the story of how and why it ended! if you got the patience to read it! It should never have ended.... but thats what happens in life.

Hey Baby Shoes.....! I was 20 years younger then! And the land was cheap, and the building regulations werent up to European standards, that was South Africa. You could sleep outside in a tent in winter! Even SA is out of the question nowdays... crime is too high now!! Afraid those days are over.
If you got the means (land) now, it could be a possible project. Here in CH is impossible.

Now I am an Elder of the Tribe ... and I sit in the sun... and quote wise words to the new generation.
and I do the necessary to keep the pot boiling and the home running.
