The English place some cruise missiles into his compound....that a make media issue....and the Obama administration General leading the mission is still saying Qdaffi was not the target. Congress is saying that President did not consult them enough prior to making the decision to go into this. So again President Obama bounces around the Constitution. Congress is talking about cutting off funding for his Libyan actions. Congress wants to see him after is SA trip.
So without a exist plan.....we have entered into another war. Without a Congressional debate we enter into another war. Without immiment threat to the US, we have entered into another war.
For who or what then? Libyan civilians and European oil. Not for America or for Americans.

That is the position our inexpereinced President has placed the country into with his Libyan move. That have Qdaffi give his millions to terrorist groups ....his 400 MANPAds to knock down commerical aircraft.....his WMDs.
You got the main rebell leader.....the media tried to reach him for a interview....he had taken the day off. He got his no fly zone and now he sits back let the west fight his fight. I told you so......
So protect the Libyan civilians?.....Obama better find a way now to protect American civilians from Libyan MANDPADs, WMDs, and Irans coming nuc.

But those parties in Europe....needing a long conflict...to put boots on the ground....are not going to let them. Obama is fighting this war for Europeans. The US gets less 1% of oil from Libya and with our newly tapped oil fields...we are engery free in a couple of years.
So we spend millions on a deficit ridden budget and weakened economy.....for Europe again. European economies....mot all under austerity right now....cannot fight a long conflict in Libya. So they had to get the US....and the World's President to do it for them.
Someday, we should get a American President that does things for the American people and the United States of America. Instead of for the 'world'. Maybe in 2012?

But as Europe assembles its forces for this intervention. The question becomes......do the EU countries intend to stay within the UN Mandate of no troops on the ground term.
We have seen SAS detained by rebells....and 3 Dutch soldiers by Qdaffi forces already. These all prior to the UN mandate. So? Is England, France, Italy, and the rest of NATO and the EU going to play by the UN rules?
Here some of these countries don't have a good track record. The Suez Canal operation was a joint covert operation of the English and French...and one that the US had to bail them out of.
If Qdaffi has gone a deep...as in deep bunker...hidden and remote....were we cannot find him....are the Europeans going to be happy just sitting and waiting for him to launch some counter? I don't think so.
They have to break the UN mandate of no boot on the ground. They have to get not just Qdaffi but his sons and the leaders of his tribe. It ain't just Qdaffi here, fellows.
