I am going to share with a good reason why China should not be allowed to acquire more US debt.

We have all heard of Chinese forgeries...in clothing, electronics, in house hold items. In short it is just stealing from the inventor or the company that ligitmately makes the product.

But some Americans in Beijing have seen how the China have raised the bar on forged products. Three fake Apple stores were located with so much detailed to be real Apple stores, that the employees even thought they were working for Apple. Right down to the employees wear fake Apple like apparel as they worked.

The problem is in most capitolist societies...this is a civil affair. A criminal group has duplicated and forged a ligtmate business entity. But not in China. With the Communist system this group of forgers likely had government backing someplace to carry out their illegal activities. The State and the People are the same, yes? That is what my little red book from Mao says.

So think about first our BOP. Anyone want to debate the idea that China has faked billions in charges to various US Corporation? Remember this billing comes from.....the Communist government of China. That owns the majority of businesses in the country.

Economic warfare. Plain and simple. Major economic warfare.....

Take that to the sale of Billion in US T-Bill to the Chinese.
We already know of a 495b T-bill forgery scandle that involved China. We know of not one but twice the executives of Bank of China fled the country. Or today are in the country digging tunnels. This is a country that is unacceptable as a ligitmate business partner.

The Chinese want to secure their investments in America and to secure their BOPs. If the Obama administration was wise, they would being a investigation into the BOP transaction of China.
But they want to sell more T-Bill to China. Like a Trillion or so. Using the same rate that was used on earlier US bond issues and buys by China.

All that is occurring here....is the making of worthless government paper, that few investors in the future will purchase.
They will not have any trust or confidence of the US T-Bills and Bonds that are being issued. You want to kill a Moody rating from AAA to XXX (opps) ...make that ZZZ. Issue bad paper.

The Chinese would be over joyed at this by the way. It would mean Communism won and Capitolism lost. And our President and all that support the raising of the debt ceiling (unless other
restrictions to Chinese purchases is also placed into law) are complicit too.

His spending put us at the debt ceiling. And his spending....which was for a stimulated economy....literally has fallen on it face. With a 9.2 unemployed figure. And a GNP that is well below his project 3 to 4%, that is more like 1.5% GNP.

Nancy Pelosi justifies the health care by saying 'it will create 400,000 jobs'. Um....Health care was 895b. That is about $223,750 per job created. But what is worse, the jobs will not arrive till 2014 and the most of the bill is enacted.

They restructured 1/6th of the American economy. For benefits that would not come till 2014. The sense of that is?

The Congressional Budget director is saying that 'a short term increase in the debt limit is warranted'. I tend to agree. But when do the government officials get fiscal limits imposed on them? Today Obama can call for trillions in debt increases. But so far his economy policies have been failing.

If he had a successful track record with the stimulus, REP would be more inclined to go for the debt ceiling increase. But we told him that unless the right sectors (private enterprises sectors, small business, main street, housing) were stimulated that the economy would struggle. These he did not stimulate.

Right now, John Bohener and the young guns in Congress are playing to put fiscal controls on the government. The Senate and Executive office don't want them. Just bump the debt limit.

That is too easy. It has been done 90 times. While the internal problems of the economy don't get worked on. We had the 2008 economic crisis while bumping the debt level for GWB. The answer is in the budget and the other fiscal controls that are placed on the Executive office.

Nah you are off some.

We don't wish to see our country fail. Which is basically what a default is. Nor do we wish to place a greater debt burden on future Americans....our children.

Rather we are holding President Obama's feet to the fire on budget cuts and a balanced budget admendment. He said earlier...."pay as you go"....and now he wants a 2.5-4.0 trillion debt increase. We see that as being hyprocritical and waffling.

Ask yourself this. If he gets the budget cuts and can run a more asmaller government....like many are.....why does he need the debt ceiling raised?

The answer there is that foreign bond buyers...like China....want to own more of America. He is willing to sell it to them.

We know. But we are also mainly powerless at this point to really do anything about it. If you consider writing your congress man or the White House to voice a opinion, which is recieve daily with 1000s of others....you see were I am going to.

Actually, it the world...that has th emost impact on what happens in Washington under the Obama admistration. If the world wants the US dollar and economy to fial now with the debt crisis. It will.

President Obama is just going to do what ever the world powers and leaders in the middle east, far east and Europe tell him to do on the debt issues. He did it with Libya military operations, yes?

If they want a new global currency at this point. They will ask him to veto the house budget cut backs. The Chinese want more debt to buy, they ask him for a debt ceiling raise. Petro dollars in the middle east want a new currency standard, they pressure for fiscal confusion in the country.

Going back into American history and economics is not really going to play much of a role in the decisions on the debt crisis. But foreign leader input sure is.

This is where the moral character of a young President gets challenged. Chavez, Kim, Qdaffi, Ahmendinejad, Castro and a host of other foreign leaders have more impact in Washington today on this issue, than the American public does. They might use middle men and foreign back door communications to the White House to get their position known. But be sure it is heard louder than a single American voice is.

Look at the global maps of the studies. Observe the big picture global for yourself.

Are there winter snowfalls across the entire globe?Yes.

Is the ocean water changing from a blue to hot red? No.

Are the polar poles still significant in size and shape? Yes

Is there a significant green house buildup in the atmosphere? No

You are always going to have isolated and local environmental data that is unusual and difficult to comprehend. It is a big planet. But that does not mean the environment is failing or rapidily altering? It is always altering. It is a dynamic system.
The maps show that is functioning pretty well.

And it aint't the story that big Al has been telling.

How many times has big Al done his famous the sky is falling, the sky is falling movie to large numbers of cool aid drinkers? At $20 per head? With 100s and 1000s attending? Donations taken at the end to help save the world.:-)

NASA does these 10 years studies....post them online. Refuting his positions on the environment. NASA funding gets cut and its manned launch program cancelled.

If you have a global environmental crisis coming, don't you think that you would want a NASA flying, monitoring it and with manned abilities in space? That makes sense to me. But clearly not to the DEMs.

Go to the NASA site. And take a look at the global maps. You tell me if the ocean are warming, if the poles are melting and if the atmosphere is altering as Big Al is saying.

Or don't you believe your own eyes?

I will give you little more truth then.

Another great reason why Obama killed NASA.

NASA has been put up all these earth observation satellites. They measure everything from the temp in oceans, to the carbon gas in the atmosphere to the green areas on the ground.

I just took a look there 10 year summary findings yesterday. Guess what? They blow hole in Al Gore's melting pole cap theory that is so big that a fleet of 18 wheelers could role thru.

For the last 10 years, the oceans have not been getting warmer.
For the last 10 years, the polars cap have stayed about the same.
For the last 10 years, the atmosheres gases have stayed about the same. This according to these NASA studies from their earth orbiting satellites.

So?

Obama knows that he cannot change the fact that these satellite are in orbit and collecting data on the earth's environment. But he can alter if their data releases come from well recognized government institution like NASA or from some other source. He also knows that satellite need periodically need to be replaced in orbit.

Pretty simple if you don't like the message, kill the messenger.
In this case the messenger was NASA. These NASA interactive maps tell a entirely different environmental story that what liberals and DEMs have been spouting for the last 20 years.

So think that I am off?

LOL...the Gang of 6 is bi partisan group of Senators that can work across the aisleway. It has both DEM and GOP on it.......LOL
They can get support from both DEM and REP to pass a debt ceiling increase. But clearly to Dude....there are only DEMs in Washington. Remeber we have been there and done that. It is no longer a sole party government.

With that said. The President (please note, I am not saying the 'the ill managed Federal Gov't, the poorly managed Federal Gov't or the mismanaged Federal Gov't) has ordered the Federal Gov't to prepare contingency plans for defaulting on the National debt.
But you can read between the lines here.:-)

Yep. The gov't accountants in Washington are doing suciedal Banzi charges around the DC Beltway. On this. Carrying 100s of pages of computer prints outs, laptops and soft ware programs with the countries debts listed on them.

Every door will be bashed down as the accountants relocate every government bond since 1776. They will leave no stone unturned and will peak into every bedroom for that last piece of gov't debt.


Union script (a form of debt) owed since the Civil war, will be located and placed into the formulea for a defaulting America.
I just hope they don't add in Confederate debt.

And please oh please.....let this all this fall into Barney Frank's lap. I mean every last bond, every last IOU, every last
gov't promise to pay from all the foreign wars and foreign government aid gifts. I can think of no great justice being done to Barney Frank, than to his being consumed for the rest of his public career by sorting out the National Debt.

The amount of pain that Barney Frank has inflicted on this country has no number attached to it. So the justice of seeing Barney Frank in the public only on X-Mas and New Years.....and to spend the rest of his life buried under the piles of Government bond and debt promises.....is priceless.

Rapheal does make a good point here. China with its greater BOP, might be forcing this Debt Ceiling increase on Obama. Think about it. The BOP is like consumer goods purchases. So eventually they reached a point were the Chinese wanted more security. So?

Gov't T-Bills. They are secured by the full weight of the American gov't. Unlike the BOP which is a corporate and business transactions.

So really what Obama is doing is leaning over to the Chinese that want more security in the BOP with acquisition of Fed Gov't T-Bills. So Obama sells the Chinese our T-Bills, so the Chinese will continue to trade commercial goods with us. Which increase the BOP, which forces a debt ceiling increase.

It is a cycle to a sure financial failure, set into play by the Chinese.

This little dittie in.

Seem like Mohammed Omar might be dead. The Taliban are denying the net report. But Omar has not made any public statement to the effect. Maybe the Afghan intelligence that he had been wounded and take to Pakistan is the real deal.

The other piece of this, is some net hackers intruded into the Taliban website. So they might be the rumor starters his death.

I wonder what the Taliban punishment for hacking into a website is? Cutting off the hacker's fingers? So they cannot type? Think about other many ways to imput a computer......and you can see were this can leads for future hackers running into problems with the Taliban. It will make William Wallace's quartering look good.:-)

Atlantis makes its last trip home today. A safe one is hoped by all. And the end of the Space Shuttle comes. All good things have to come to a end. Surely if this country has done one thing right in the last 20 years, it was the Shuttle Program. Even with its two deadly accidents. It has shown the way of how man can conquer space in the future.

100s of astronauts (both US and foreign) used the Shuttles for rides into space. But the unemployment line of Astronauts grows with our failing economy and the close of the manned Shuttle program. A decade ago, there were 134 in the US astronaut corp. Today the number is 64 and shrinking.

Space is a hostile environment. It is unforgiving. You can have a functioning green lighted vehicle one moment. The next a flying death trap that is loosing air like a balloon. Just pass thru a storm of micro metrorites or get hit with a dose of EMPs from solar flares.

NASA turns to the Russians....who are very happy to see the Shuttle in museums and on the ground. To lift astronauts to the Space Station on NASA contracts. And NASA turns to private commercial contractors to fly to fly the future unmanned satellite missions. Basically leaving the country without a government space program.

NASA becomes a manager of lift contractors and a travel agent to acquire the plane tickets to send US Astronauts to Russia. KSC becomes museum of past space glories that in time will be eclipsed by foreign parties that are going to the Moon and Mars.

The question is why?

Why end the countries best known program that has lead to more innovation that all the other Federal government agencies combined?

Did not NASA bring the country great pride and recognition with the lunar landing? Sure it did. Were did NASA fail? In a poor safety record? It had accidents but each was throughly investigated, corrections made and future flights made safer.

Is it only money that keep us grounded to look at the stars? Rather than to being with the stars and headed into deep Solar space of the planets? With the 3.5 trillion that this government has spent in the last years, that is not the reason. NASA program were billion dollar programs.

Is it that NASA did not develop a new launch system? Aries/ Constellation flew. One time the administraion let it fly into space. It operated perfectly.

While most men and women sit at home listening to patriotic music, the brave words of earth bound reporters and view the stellar achievements of NASA operations. A handful of Americans touched the starry heights and knew the face of God with the NASA manned programs.

NASA's end is a lack of will in Washington. Mainly in the White House.

Seems like the Gang of 6 (actually is 7 in the group) in the Senate is getting ready to place a compromise Budget/Debt ceiling bill in Congress.

President Obama applauded the work of the Gang of 6. All American Tax payers went....... and . While in the Congress, the REP passed a debt cutting bill that took trillions out of the future government budgets. To which the American tax payers were going and .

While Moody has seen the 'back up debt budget plan' and said it is not enough to keep the bond rating from being revalued down. Moody is becoming REP Paul's close friend.

Americans have a love/hate relationship going on with their government at present. We cannot live with them and we cannot live without them. That keeps us divided on the real solutions to having a better government and country.

Iran is saying it knocked down a US UAV over its nuclear site near Qom, Iran. Also said it has been showing Russians the parts of earlier US UAV knock downs.





We let em shoot at the slow one with big radar signatures. Just to get a idea of their anti air missile abilitiies. Let em try em on a UCAV sometime. UCAV are stealthy little flying wings that don't have a radar signature.

Why would our friendly Russian allies.....want to see the parts and systems of American downed UAVs? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Just a thought here. Because DoD is not letting them close enough to see the flying ones......

My problem is not so much with raising the debt ceiling some. I think that Bachmann is being to inflexible here. My problem is who would acquires the debt. China.

Why do we want China more in our affairs?

China is nearly screaming at President Obama that he cannot have a meeting with him. What give them that option, is the amount of debt they own and our BOP with them.

The President does have the meeting the Dalia Lama. But it is under the 'protest of China'. Sending shock waves thru the economy and geo politics of the world.

Now if they add to this debt ceiling increase. That certain government parties around the world....China and others were not
approved for to acquire the debt.....more would be approving it.

There are plenty of free enterprise and democratic supporting debt buyers that will acquire the debt in the world. Just place a limiting clause in the debt ceiling bill to keep China, Venezula, Cuba, NKorea, Iran from acquiring it.

A fair deal is when the entire country shares the tax burden of the country. Not when 40% of the country (non taxing) use the system to collect benefits from the 60% that do pay taxes.

Find the 40% non tax paying jobs.....and then tax them both equally....using the fair tax. That is a fair deal.

But to just increase the debt level, so the President has more money to spend...and give to the 40% non taxing American is not a fair deal.

He said..."pay as you go". Now it is, hey I need to raise the debt limit to have more to spend. He has flipped on his economic policies so much no one know what wants.

Senator Rubio was asked the other day what he would do in regards to the debt crisis. Rubio flipped it and said were is President Obama's plan for the debt and budget crisis. He has been in office for 2 and i/2 years. But he cannot give the country a budget?
The DEM in the Senate just voted down his last budget. DEM don't even like it.

President Obama only wants to use the check book and tax a small percentage of society.....the 2% that are rich. You cannot run a trillion dollar budget by taxing only a small percentage of society.

Sure it sounds good. But the fallacy is that the even the 2% rich are limited in their income and they have large entreprises to operate that employ people. President Obama stimulus plan was a total failure. The unemployment today is higher than before he did it. The only one that got stimulated was the rich donator to the DEM party. That is not fair either.

So now suddenly we have to be fair? In our taxes and budgets. Well the balanced budget is about as fair as it get in government. The REP Congressional budget bill have a Constitutional admendment for just that. President Obama has promised to veto any budget bill with it in it.

So? Fair? Yes sure...................

A new poll said that the REP are getting the worse of the Debt limit ceiling crisis. OReilly said last night....only 25% of those polled were REP. The rest were DEMs and IND.....okie dokie.....

They got so many proposals on the table for a debt budget deal in Washington, they cannot see to the other side of table. REP Senator Colburn wants to cut 9t....yes that the big Trillion number...over the next few years from the budget. Including cuts into just bout everything.

Senator Rubio of FL came out good after a interview with NBC.
Shearer asked him a question of what would you do? Rubio turned it....asked were was President Obama's plan for the budget and eoonomy. He has been in office for near 2 and 1/2 years and stiil no plan to cover this issue emerged. Rubio wanted to know why this is coming up so late, when Obama has had over 2 years to work on it. At a boy Marco.....the White House is waiting.
They are talking VP at this point.

The President continue to fear monger the issue. Will seniors lose their social security next month? or not? According to Obama their is a possibility. According to the experts it is not likely. You say Tomato and I say tomAto.

We just had Paco....a full chiluahua....take on two robbers in CA. Saved his owner's store from being robbed. One had a shotgun. GRRRRRRRRRRR.....we need to turn Paco loose on the Debt Crisis. Anyone that places another debt proposal on the table....has Paco to deal with.

Well said Smartblondeone! :-) I said as much in a different thread a few days ago. 911 did make us a stronger and wiser country. As I said in that thread....we won the war on terrorism the day after and the month after 911. Because this young, immature, obuse, democracy did not react like other have in the past. We did not give the American Muslim and the Muslim world a oppressing and repressing USA.

The 4.5m American Muslims were not denied homes, or food, or education, or medical treatment, or any of their civil rights.
While Islamic countries around the world flame into the Arab Spring. Mainly because they never grasped what democracy is.
