1 medium Zuccini 1 medium onion 1 lg tomato 1 can of dark red kidney beans 1 tbls of veg oil salt to taste
Wash the zuccini but dont peel it, slice the zuccini, onion and tomato and cook them down in a skillet with the veg oil. When the zuccini loses it's white appearence, remove from the heat and dump in the kidney beans. Let stand for 5 minutes til the kidney beans absorb the heat and serve.

Remember there are always options so it makes no sense to worry now. Worrying only makes things worse. I thought I had prostate cancer about 5 years ago and all the tests came back neg including the biopsy. Looking back, I put myself through hell for nothing. A positive attitude will actually help your body fight this thing. Depression and lack of sleep or losing interest in eating healthy will undercut your bodies ability to defend itself.

Judging by your likes I think Hagerstown MD would be just your cup of tea. There are 3 ski resorts within 20 miles of town, housing prices aren't high as far as I know and there is probably a lot of work in the area. You will also be within driving distance from Wash DC, Philly, Baltimore, Harrisburg, Wilmington and Allentown. Like many here I've also travelled all over the US and I found Utah to be incredibly beautiful but there's more to living than scenery.

Many years ago when I lived in New York City my older brother had 3 beautiful hunting rifles. I remember one of them was a Sako Forester 243 cal. with a inlay'd checkered stock worth oh in the neighborhood of $300. in 1960 dollars. NYC has one of the toughest gun laws in the US but it didn't cover rifles. Well, some politician got a bill through that mandated that all rifles must be registered with the gun control board. My brother decided to be honest and register his 3 rifles. about a month later he got a letter stating that due to some minor event that happened in his past he had to turn his rifles in. They weren't going to compensate him in any way, just take his property. Needless to say he wasn't about to surrender his prized rifles to the City of NY for nothing in return. He took the rifles out of the state to Pennsylvania where they stayed til he sold them years later.

I see a pic of a woman that touches me in some way and I look at her profile and begin the process of elimination. The main topics for me are age, body type, smokes, height, distance, religeous convictions. The more things that are outside my preferences the less likely I'll take a chance and send a flower or email. If I view her profile multiple times it is most likely she changed her primary pic and I think it's someone I never checked out before or I simply forgot. I think sometimes if a guy checks out your profile many times and doesn't contact you, it's a mistake to contact him. That just puts him on the spot and he thinks he's been caught doing something bad. Men are really easy to figure out if you just treat them with the same care as you would little boys. Then there are the the negatives, like I remember one woman who referred to herself as "Eye Candy" say what? Yeah, like I'm really gonna try to be with someone who thinks they are all that. A lot of times women put more into there profile about what they don't want or wont settle for or settle for anything other than Mr pefect. To this I say Hasta la vista baby. I don't need to meet a standard of perfection cause nobody's perfect.
One more thing. This game that some of you ladies play may seem funny to you but it really throws a monkey wrench into your chances of getting contacted by a guy. I'm talking about putting a totally false location in your profile, like not even the same country. There maybe a guy right in your state or town interested in you but if you list that you're in Australia when you're really in Georgia, you just blew a possible LTR with MR Right. I didn't vote in your poll but I do have some concerns about electing a president of an elevated age. While years of experience is desirable it is also a two edged sword. I know that in my own case at my own age I don't relate to 20 somethings issues the way I did when I was in my 20's. While it's true he can pick a younger running mate, I don't especially want a president that wasn't elected by the people but instead was "chosen". I don't wish it on him but if McCain was elected and 6 months later he kicked the bucket, we would be under an UN-elected president for 3.5 years based on current executive branch rules. To me this is unacceptable. Think about Dan Quale and ask yourself would you want him as president? I damn sure wouldn't.

years ago I heard an interview of Matry Robbins and he was talking about "El Paso" It seems he was approached by the city of El Paso to write a song for them for some anniversary or something and he was flattered that they asked but he had no clue , I mean how do you write a song about a city he'd never even been to. The hidden software created so-called botnets, allowing the suspects to control tens of thousands of computers without the knowledge of their legitimate users.

Oil is priced in US Dollars, therefore when the dollar is low in comparison to other currencies like the Euro, it takes more dollars to buy a bbl (barrel) of crude. So Chaves being unhappy about the fall of the dollar doesn't make much sense because he is getting more dollars for every bbl of crude they export. This is also the main reason pump prices are so high these days, it's all pegged to foreign exchange ie the dollar vs the Euro, Yen etc. This is compounded by our (US) appetite for oil due in no small part by the popularity of these huge gas pig vehicles that are everywhere today. This is also why Toyota is kicking the crap out of GM and Ford in the market place.

I just wish we could vote for the person best qualified to do the job not how much money they have or what party they belong to or what church they go to or not go to. Maybe then we'd get things done without all the back biting and name calling. Much as I love this country I think our political system is dangerously flawed. I think it might be better to do away with a represeative government and let the people decide who gets elected. Simplistic I admit but anything is better than the way things are done now.
