RE: why is suffer in the world?

Why does pain outweigh pleasure in the history of the world?
Why is progress built upon the crying of humanity?
Why has the 1960s idea that life should be about fun locked us into today's era of decline?
Why does a vicious father create a virtuous son?

Because life is a cycle of rags and riches(mostly rags). And if you only look at the good life will, one way or another, not be good anymore.

RE: why is suffer in the world?

Pain is the thing dreams are made of.
Pleasure is the thing that dull is made of, and annoying, and weak, and unable to concentrate or be creative.

RE: where are all the nice single & honest and friendly women

And it depends where you are. Here in the north it's usual to be honest and grimly frank and this seems to diminish the primary flaws of a woman - indecision and lies(and exaggerate the faults of a man - violence and war. But I digress). But if you take a woman outside of Northern England she'll turn against honesty faster than a man.

RE: where are all the nice single & honest and friendly women

Or maybe she's saving all her goodness up for the kids. Or to be in love. How much selfish women are is apparent from the first instance, examine the rate of lying to be nice woman does to a face compared to their road manners - a situation where manners or the lack thereof come with no consequences. Road manners are a sign of respect, there's a difference between fear and respect. There isn't something to be got by road manners or a punishment to avoid by road manners.

RE: where are all the nice single & honest and friendly women

married to a doctor?

What you need to undertsnad it that women are not good or honest at all. They're just scared, scared and mercenary.

RE: Reasons why people leave the forum ..

For the wryly amusing feeling where you thought the forum couldn't get any worse, and then it is.

RE: Trump 'In No Hurry' stop Iran - Putin - Kim - Budget - Illegals - WTF

A testament to how far-right we have become in economics is this. How easily the left agrees with Ronald Reagan at the same time as being called a communist by the right. We're in a crisis of global overproduction where the rich lend us the money to consume the fruits of our own labour taking a cut each time until all those cuts amounts to a shrinking place at the table. An abundance of many goods but a shortage in vital areas we really need homes that are affordable relative to toys. We don't want another round of Reagan's toys for boys.

RE: do you want to look old?

Sounds like a seriously Russian app. Two words spring to mind when I think of them: soul and weary.

RE: Is any girl interested in marrying a boy like me?

I contrast Buddhism with the desire to live full stop. As for living it up in the west you're going to get reincarnated as a dog.

RE: Which God do we see when we die...?

Who knows. The best for you is a merciful albeit organised god who has you attending church 2 or 3 times a week. And the ultimate best is for you to have AIDS - nobody responds better to belief in a forgiving god than these untouchable lepers.

RE: Do you think trump will win in 2020?

For real or hysterical reasons I believe that he will.

RE: Casting spells

Depends how much coping mechanism they need. God or science won't necessarily be enough for even the least suggestible person.

RE: Criteria

Take no notice of what she say. It is because you're from Pakistan, and you're one of the better ones.

RE: Positive feedback and compliments

Handsome. Women don't tell men that they're handsome often enough, even I don't hear it everyday.

RE: What is your favorite animal

Penguin

RE: What is a cure to inner fear/Anxiety...?

Sharing it. The next best thing to someone going through a trauma with you - and them crumbling like you - is to relive your memory of that experience with someone who feels that pain. Misery loves company.

RE: Best Europe country to live and work permanently

If it has to be in Europe, Ireland. Concentrate on the places where money comes without work.. and I’m not just talking about the welfare state but a nation that through natural resources or tax fraud is wealthy before it goes to work. This is the target.

RE: Best Europe country to live and work permanently

Low population with large resources creates a certain kind of spastic forever. 1990s forever. Australia and Canada would allow you to best capitalise on a domestic incompetence.

RE: Why have we not found that special person yet?

All you have to do is believe there’s somebody out there even for you. Miracles can happen you know

RE: Musicians/Artists/Writers/Creative types: How do you deal with blocks?

A lot of drugs

RE: What's One Thing You Have Done?

Difficult to imagine anything new under the sun, perhaps it’s a blend. I’m the one man in my gym to have any idea what happened at the battle of Stalingrad.

RE: Dating Subject: How to Kiss a Woman

Teasing kisses that become more of a manhandle the closer her hand gets to your gland. The kisses look completely different by the time you graduate to some backdoor action.

RE: Dating Subject 3: How do you get out of the friend zone?

The company of women means that you're not the main focus of attention unless you're already proven yourself worthy. She begins with 80% default attention and romance is a fight for equality. Her favourite topic of conversation is herself yet you are ever so gradually getting yourself noticed. Or not. I'd say the primary cause of the friendzone is pandering to a woman; if something worked once our tendency is to keep on doing it. Pandering to woman and doing the same thing everytime time just in general, these are the culprits. The way out is to let it go.

RE: Don't be squeamish - Give it up...

That's the nature of power. Corrupt.

But I don't care massively about power in a girlfriend. I don't hate the meek, she doesn't have to finish last for being a nice girl more the contrary.

RE: Wisdom - Some are born with it - or it's acquired with age - and some never...

Family is the beggining of nobility, a word that may seem as old-fashioned as codpiece or loyalty but a close family is the education in(and solution to)difficulty you really need. We've lived so long in the good times that it's a difficulty to adapt, the bad times won't pay you handsomely for facing them therefore nobility must compete against the profit motive. You get a period of great profit for small action - karma grows popular in this time as people want to invent a reason for them to personally deserve the privilege they were born in - and then you get a diametrically opposed period where great effort just about keeps you alive.

Family is the binding element in it all. Record breaking levels of boomers releasing the equity in their home - the old pulling up the ladder behind them - will not be met by calls for euthanasia from the young. Because the young are more pro-family. This life not getting easier and easier every year and you not getting more and more of what you want every day will be the character building experience and reason we don't kick out our mothers.
