RE: holidays ....

I want the time I get out of bed to be my decision, but I go all-inclusive sometimes. You don’t have to be chained to the hotel or the buffet - you can use the services as much as you like, not necessarily as much as you can.

RE: The grass is always greener...

Yet you still find people born without the envy gene who don’t necessarily want what they can’t have/what you have.

A rose by any other name, it isn’t usual to love the thing in itself. Downside: addicts and weirdos. There are risks for any individual who makes fewer preselected choices.

RE: The grass is always greener...

Although we have less imagination than ever before there’s never been a time for taking fantasy so seriously.

And it’s narcissism. Powerless to resist even the most basic and banal of dreams - the idealised lover. It’s that habit of getting your own way all the time in consumer society that kills a dream to follow a dream. The small dreams of convenience and related obsession with what is not convenient.

RE: What country has the most beautiful women ?

South America for the greatest number of 10s. Europe has the prettiest woman on average, it’s incredibly French to be a 7.

RE: What country has the most beautiful women ?

The EU after Brexit. As a country we lower the score for a continent they’ve just been using us for the money.

RE: Where did you go to High School? Most popular song when you graduated from High School.

Not much in the way of corporal punishment except for my textiles teacher in Wales. She threw a chair me at me several times.

RE: Today's Life Lesson

For me a book makes me aware of the books I haven't read. I never realised what little I knew, the reading expands onto an entire library of questions although I know I can't read them all.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

And for that reason I recommend you marry the woman at or slightly beneath your league. Never make it easy for a man neither.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

As a rule of thumb the hotter the woman, the less you aim to please her. Although the reverse is true for a different reason.

The stiffest competition comes from a woman at or slightly beneath your own league. In the first instance that woman is neither grateful for you or in need of a great counterbalancing disservice that allows you to stoop beneath her own standards.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

Merit is basically too pushy, too trying to get somewhere. You can be something you're not and make it on merit. The reason she doesn't want to see - or anybody wants to see - you applauding yourself is not just because that's hollow but because it's trying too hard. Here's a guy who will only say what he thinks I want to hear, lucky is not how he feels at all.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

Although weirdly I would argue that there's illusionary blind luck. He's clearly done a lot right but he seemignly has no idea doesn't know what that is, it's almost like you've ended up in bed together by mistake. Play dumb, dumb luck. Around women you can either be happy or you can be right.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

Never make it easy for a woman. People will accept privilege, accept rigged and they'll accept the idea of getting lucky, but an aspect or least the illusion of making it in on merit must remain.

RE: ''fair is fair''

Pain is a lesson that teaches you not to be actively unfair or invent any more sorrow in a world full of it. Women go through agony in labour for this anti-narcissistic reason.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

RE: The Princess Syndrome, or The Curse of Being Beautiful.

If deep down you feel competent you become a suspicious, one-dimensional object as difficult to please as it is to trust anybody else. Fine if don't just make it in on looks.

RE: Do men require a partner in life more so than women?

To be honest I think it's wrong. Don't be so quick to consider connectingsingles, facebook, instagram the closest thing to a home and community. The desolate PR machines of her indoors are becoming the reason nobody goes out, the seamless way in which she accepts virtual simulation in place of real life are a warning to us all.

RE: What is your Motto in life...

It's the fate that makes the world so unfair. Some die who deserve life and others live when they deserve to die. And who in the right mind can claim that modern generations are the ones who deserve to live until 90? For better or worse life is unfair.

Let it slide. The internet was invented to thrash out your frustration one way or another

RE: Do men require a partner in life more so than women?

On the plus side we're not one degree uncomfortable the whole time. A backdrop of crap or fake attention you'd receive anyway must make life rather meaningless and trivial. I know I'd only be a woman if it was a very stupid one.

RE: Words To Live By....Part 5

“The gates of hell are open night and day;
Smooth the descent, and easy is the way:
But to return, and view the cheerful skies,
In this the task and mighty labor lies.”

RE: Does Almighty God exist and how do you prove/disprove this

And this genius amongst the idiots that is religion grows corrupt the larger it gets. The prophet was just the father of the family in the cave and at family size its easier to forgive total control in one man providing the self-control for everybody else. The superalpha leading the uberbeta is not that dangerous when it's the father of a family looking out for his own children.

RE: A Meditation

And the bosses see in Buddhism the chance to make their underlings more obedient. The chance of rebellion or a strike goes down.

But the right should resist it all the same. The west is becoming more like the east everyday - a hive - the better life for your kids is what you use to charm us into line. Incentives matter, the better world and the better life for your kids because we’re not Chinese. There will come a point where people can’t live like that, a time when the indifferent to reality trance we employ - in lieu of any real progress - fails.

RE: A Meditation

If any place is too kind to it’s kids those kids will stab it in the back claiming to be citizens of the world.

But the oceans are still full of plastic. Now the challenge is to convert novelty into care and part of achieving this is to consider your own. You are not a citizen of the world, you are a part of this world. There’s a difference. And that difference is home there must be more to “home” than what exists in your head, the sole consideration for the future must not be relieving stress today. Same goes for curiosity. If you hoard all the novelty in the world you’re leaving posterity with a gritty, banal life because you’ve lost capacity for basic function. It’s happened throughout history.
