RE: Where do we go when we die? Why if space is infinite, should our lives be finite?

The city like the black hole spares no one, as the city dominates the horizon it draws all life into itself leaving behind a barren waste of space.

And in such a city-centred culture a Buddha or Socrates will develop. The rise of the impersonal and the impartial takes place in the great masses at the peak of development, the sterile replace the fertile as people begin to behave more self-consciously rather than instinctively they then see the only way out as death in some description. Blind to the destruction that surrounds it the aged city presents an ever-greater drawing inwards ; body and soul, expansiveness of mind and spirit is replaced by meditation, children are replaced by hobbies, the young are replaced by the old, riches are replaced by debt and the light is replaced by the darkness.

RE: Where do we go when we die? Why if space is infinite, should our lives be finite?

I find it interesting that the greatest mass in the universe is an anonymous monster like the city the greatest mass on earth. When the masses are so great you actually become invisible although collectively overwhelming in effect.

Anyway that's what happens to you; dead weight, gravity. Unless you're remembered in history.

RE: Why have we not found that special person yet?

Caught between distraction and working our nuts off. Those with the commitment don't have the time and vice-versa.

RE: How to build attraction with a woman

Same as probably true when you were young, romance wasn't so much a pragmatic or machiavellian arrangement. Another time when other people could still be liked and trusted because not everything you did was done because there's something to be got by it.

RE: How to build attraction with a woman

And to think of her type. If she's foreign or working class or tomboy you may form a relationship around common interests. They know what they want.

If she's affluent or feminist they more likely know what they don't want and to respond to what she can't have. Going without is such an unusual feeling that you become entranced by what you can't have, they just do as they're told ultimately based upon the fear and thrill of rejection. And then they marry some gimp for money.

RE: How to build attraction with a woman

The terms might be 80% hers but your attitude doesn't exactly smell of roses. It's the doing and saying of one thing with the simultaneous doing and saying of another for the purpose of contrast, mystery, uncertainty, wanting what you can't have and flirt-patronisation.

RE: How to build attraction with a woman

Mock interest. The terms of attention are hers the main focus of conversation will be herself sh eis her own favourite subject, but the 80% you're giving in the 80/20 relation that permeates wherever men and women mix is somehow taking the piss. She demands a lot but you only give her a lot because that lot is not particualrly sincere - i.e. flattery. More/better attention that's somehow joking, it must not be on the level.

RE: I'm fired, my job is now done by a robot

No, there'll be just less work. We'd be working 15 hour weeks today if it wasn't for all the sponging and pretentious toss.

RE: Fathers day

Larger than life chancer and intellectual. To avoid saying a bad word I give him 10 on 10 for originality, you wouldn't meet anybody else quite like him.

RE: Forgive & Forget - Can You?

It's not my fault I'm expressing the will of creation. You getting upset? If that isn't fate I don't know what is.

RE: Forgive & Forget - Can You?

Uptight and wrong about people necessary features of a lone survivor. The grudge comes with a certain capacity to endure. We should forgive you by not forgetting that all South Africans are horrible people. It's the context you're in.

RE: Where does ''luck'' come from ....?

Fate being kind to you. It's giving you the means to help the less fortunate. share the wealth.

RE: God's will Vs your will

We're channeled by forces each and every moment of our lives even the brightest of us, there's no difference. All the world’s a stage.

RE: aggressive women vs aggressive man.

Violent pubs and dinner parties where you could hear a pin drop. But female aggression is clearly becoming the norm aggression in prosperity overall, it's key to live slow die old.

RE: aggressive women vs aggressive man.

Women set the tone amongst the perishable affluent; workers are exploited to pay for his wife, and the country is taken down in a second on the whim of his daughters. And it's men amongst the expendable poor; if you're working class it's likely your mum you owe anything to. 80% of the chance of staying on the rails comes from her.

RE: Forgive & Forget - Can You?

Fate helps. Any misery you put me through is no different to getting rained on. Forgiven for they know not what they do, I can take steps to protect myself but it's ridiculous to blame you for events that occur beyond our control. Actions you believe you're making but are in reality only observing. In my philosophy everything is predetermined beyond the boundaries of time and space in a higher dimension we can't access, I can't stay mad at you.

RE: What is in a name?

That was Shakespeare's challenge to formality - the rigid rules observed beyond reason or understanding in this case the hatred between the aristocratic family names and the love of Romeo & Juliet. Shakespeare was one of the first modern men. Suffice it to say Shakespeare was very much on the side of putting things into your own words.

RE: Question for women...did you ever write love letters to men?

It was more of a begging you to change your ways letter, but it dropped through the letterbox and everything. From the postie's hand right down onto the mat, no electronics.

RE: What does the human energy transform into after death...?

History

RE: Do you react differently - depending on your culture?

And that's why mass immigration doesn't work. If it was only rich people it doesn't matter what culture you are,
that's just money culture to be that fluid but the same cannot be said for fathers and sons from the dirt. That best friend or worst enemy nature of the working class turns nasty without a sense of your own, immigration really requires bourgeoisie indifference to all.

RE: Do you react differently - depending on your culture?

React minimally towards every culture but your own. The first casualty of diversity is communication, it's based on things going unsaid because the risk of causing offence is so great... until the money dries up and you come to blows. And it's the social crippling of affluence; the country relies way too much upon keeping up with appearances and watching yourself like a hawk but it's asking too much for everyone to be that self-conscious and middle class and personally guarded. Especially when the money runs out.

RE: Columbine School proposal

The founding fathers were lefty deists at one time the right to bear arms did what it claims to do.

Nowadays the establishment is so developed that guns don’t level the playing field. Non-violent protest like Gandhi in a battle for hearts and minds, but the Americans might as well be autistic when it comes to the battle of hearts and minds therefore the only chemistry they do have is gunpowder.
