Why not grow your own plant? There are dwarf varieties that grown really fast. Better a Sativa variety that doesn't knock you out so you can still do your every day stuff. Here in Spain we can grown up to 3 plants without "getting into trouble" ...

There's a plant called Zahareña ((Eupatorium Cannabinum) that grows in the South of Spain and other Mediterranean countries that has been used for centuries to cures "wounds/sores/abscesses) inside and outside the body. For instance used for bed sores topically and for stomach ulcers internally. Internally you just take in the form of an infusion.

Lemon is totally alkaline when processed in the stomach and combats acidity. So does bicarbonate of soda together with the lemon or separately ... Glad your acid reflux is better

Have you tried CBD oil?
Not being afraid of death is a good place to be. It possibly helps you achieve clarity about what you are really feeling physically also now 'without the background noise' ...

I lived in England 27 years. I could vote for local elections but not for national ones because I'm not British.
Same here in Spain. Non Spanish nationals can vote for local elections but not for national ones...

Non residents can't vote as far as I'm aware ...

Both and are a release of tension. Must be very difficult for you right now with all the internal changes caused the illness/medication/no medication and not being able to predict how it's going to affect you

May be because laughter is very close to tears internally emotionally. When there is trauma one could just as easily burst out laughing as burst into tears ... there's a certain vulnerability to laughing without restrain as with crying without restrain...

Taking my chances with what?

Last time he insisted I should have a full check up because he wouldn't believe a "woman my age" was on no medication whatsoever, he sounded totally put out that all my levels of "everything" were totally normal and he couldn't prescribe me anything It was so bad I told him he could at least pretend to sound happy for me

I promise I'll go get checked up if I start feeling weird about something
