RE: Diana's Impact

If he pretended to love her I expect she did!
He should have been upfront and allowed her to decide whether she wanted in under those terms or not. He was deceitful.

RE: Diana's Impact

The woman he was in love with was either still married or just divorced ... which ever way they couldn't get married and have children. So he married somebody else (Diana) and carried on seeing the one he loved...

RE: Diana's Impact

He didn't keep it private!!! Only from the public. The emotional trauma to her was no secret. He just didn't care. He only married her because he needed Heirs for the throne and he couldn't have them with a divorced woman (royal protocol). Dianne didn't know that he was still seeing the other woman when they got married...
I don't think she cared any longer after she discovered what he'd been up. Lying to her from the very beginning. Sad story ...

RE: Diana's Impact

Not just from Spain Tom!

RE: Diana's Impact

Her husband did that ... but he didn't get topped off ...

Infidelity has never seemed to bother male monarchs!!

RE: You make feel anxiety in your company ?

It's nobody's "fault" things are as they are because humans don't always control how they feel or how they project ...

Who's to blame? Those who caused the trauma so there are angry hurt people around? Those who take things personally even if they know what is being said has nothing to do with them? Those who've hurt the ones who take things personally? Those who've got to adult age without having the opportunity or clarity to work who healing the traumas? dunno

It could be so so many people's fault... but at the end of the day we're only responsible for how we act and how we respond handshake

RE: Diana's Impact

I know Tom!!

What II was saying was my surprise and shock that poor people are in awe of the royals who DO spend public money as I just researched an found.. I shared the link in my post just previous to this one ...

RE: Diana's Impact

Extract from the above article: ... "Interestingly, taxpayers in the United Kingdom are paying more money than ever for the institution with the latest Sovereign Grant accounts showing that it cost £69.4 million in 2020 ($96.28 million). The system of financing Britain's royals is complex but in a nutshell, Britain's government makes a payment called the Sovereign Grant to the Royal Household every year.

The value of that payment is determined by how much the Crown Estate real estate portfolio has brought in. In the 2020 financial year which ended on March 31, it came to £82.4 million with the monarchy spending just under £70 million on official duties such as travel or property maintenance. A ten-year project to renovate Buckingham Palace is one of the key reasons expenditure is rising with electrical, heating and plumbing systems dating from the 1950s set to be replaced along with wiring and piping while asbestos is also being removed." ...

Extract from the royal finances oficial page:
... "In reality, the Royal Household is committed to ensuring that public money is spent as wisely and efficiently as possible."...

So they themselves are saying they DO spend public money (tax payers money) ...

RE: Diana's Impact

Ahhh yes!! You are right! my mistake!! It was citizenship they kept rejecting!! handshake

RE: Diana's Impact

I beg to differ!!!

The example I used is real! The children were school friends of my daughters. They lived in a council flat, she worked and so did her husband. Very low wages. They were very hard up and couldn't afford their kids stuff without planning (beyond budgeting) yet she was in awe of the royal family. Nothing I could say would sway her ...

I thought some of the taxes went on the royals.... II stand corrected ...

Exactly what it says in the article. The "vaccine" protects only those vaccinated and nobody else. If the vaccine actually did what it says there would be nobody in hospitals at the moment vaccinated and with covid. Vaccinated asymptomatic workers could be carrying the same viral load as someone unvaccinated and spreading it through the wards dunno

They make it sound failproof but it isn't I don't think...

In Spain a very high % of the older population has been vaccinated.
Because of my translating work I'm often in hospitals waiting rooms with (often English) patients so I can translate when they see a specialist or need to go to A&E.
So I'm used to seeing hospital waiting rooms full of sick people.
Last month I was waiting in A&E with an English gentleman and I was so shocked by what I saw.
The waiting room was FULL of older people (most probably all double jabbed because 90% of the population is in Spain) who were too ill or weak to walk by themselves and had to be in wheelchairs. I have NEVER EVER seen that in the hospitals of this area in the last 14 years I've been translating before 2021.
I came to the conclusion that the jabs were making older people very sick or weak and none of them had "flu' like symptoms" because they have a different waiting area for suspected covid...

I respect your opinion and perception although I don't agree with it wine

Since The last publication in the medical journal The Lancet in November 2021 carried the following words: "Vaccinated people who become ill with covid carry the same viral load as non-vaccinated people and are as contagious as non-vaccinate people", I don't understand how being vaccinated would be "for the sake of everyone". It appears the vaccine may be protecting only those vaccinated from becoming as ill if if they weren't IF it's true that they work. dunno

RE: Mon Dieu! I remember some high school French!

The words in bold translate as :"What a pity! I adore you hairs of the head!"

Probably thankful she doesn't understand French! doh

At the beginning they may be saying they are pro-vaxx or not against vaxx because otherwise they'd be labelled conspiracy theorists ... I can't remember how the video starts..
It's worth listening to the rest of the video ... because they are totally NOT supporting what is going on at the moment ...

Anyway I posted some new info published by the CDC and put it on this thread ...

It costs just a few euros for a vast amount here!! I'm talking dried ready to be infused. It doesn't matter what time of year it is if it was dried when it was in season!!

Just looked up it's name in English and this time it said Sideritis Angustifola or Cats Tail. This is the variety of Zahareña that grows here locally and has the properties I mentioned. It grows all over the place!!!

Sounds good. is Pau d'Arco a plant?
The cats tail/zahareña would be perfect if you had ulceration. I cured my stomach ulcer with it without taking any of the horse strength antibiotics they prescribe for the helicobacter pilory bacteria which has terrible side effects. I took 1 infusion a day every day for several weeks until I didn't feel any symptoms anymore.

You nearly had us excited there for a few seconds!! Don't do this to us!! You know we rely on one another to lift up our spirit!! Mind you some don't need any help lifting any spirit! They have quite good elbow grease!!! grin

doh Sure! Must have been your imagination!
