RE: What Physical Activities Should You Do Everyday

You're welcome!!

I forgot to say... I usually play some solfeggio frequency recordings while I do the rites ...

RE: What Physical Activities Should You Do Everyday

Tibetan Rites are awesome!! They call it the elixir of youth grin

You start with just 3 of each of fives positions each day for about a week then when you feel physically comfortable and no straining you add another 3 of each five positions and so on untill you reach 21 of each. That's the maximum!!
At the moment I'm on 15 because I stopped doing them before Christmas and started again sometime in January ...

Yes yoga is good for the body and for the mind. Creates a good balance within. We always do a small meditation at the end...

Don't be obtuse.

RE: International Woman's Day.

No they don't. In many countries women still don't have the same rights as men.

Even in the West there is still wage inequality in some industries.

RE: International Woman's Day.

I'd get together with other women and attend talks, lunch and the Mayor hands 'gifts' or a ''plaque'' to a few women who have stood out for their personal acheivements. That's how it's celebrated even in the small village where I live.

About 3 years ago I received a plaque for my contribution to our local community

RE: International Woman's Day.

That's because you fail to accept that 'International Woman's Day' has nothing to do with getting spoiled by one's partner and everything to do with Women's rights ...

RE: International Woman's Day.

I'm thinking that you're confusing it with 'mother's day' or something...

International woman's day has never ever been about getting spoiled by one's partner.
scold

RE: International Woman's Day.

Who's she?

She obviously trained you well laugh

RE: International Woman's Day.

Do you think partners are the only people who can spoil women?

Woman's day is not about "getting spoiled" for one day a year roll eyes

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality.

Alternatively, they might have limited income and can feed their family better or at least more if they get food from the reduced shelf.

RE: Which supermarket?

I buy most of my packaged food from a very local very small "supermarkets" not part of a chain. Fresh local produce from local farmers. Unbleached toilet paper and a few vegan things From aldi. Carrefour for vegan cheeses and "desserts". Liddl and/or Carrefour for toiletries made with natural products and minimal added chemicals. Chemist friend for some homemade natural skin and hair care products grin
