It is something to keep in mind. But I will vote for Obama, because McCain reminds me of a Rodent. Plus, we are just not getting rid of the Monkey (Bush) which hasn't helped to regulate decadent spending of any sort.
SXC has a point. Even for a small town, we have a dog park, and are thinking of building a second. I mean, people travel to us our park because they can let their dogs off the leash and they can socialize and play.
But I do feel it is inconsiderate of a dog owner to let the dogs roam. they are pack animals, and once they adopt you, you are part of the pack. When they go outside to do a little snooping about, then you should go w/ them. They would really like that.
Unfortunately, officers would find you at fault as well if you are not with you dog, and in some states you could be charged w/ negligence. Just keep that in mind. I mean, if they were human children, and they were left to their own w/o suppervision and something happened, then the perpitrator and the parent would both be in the wrong. And dogs are like hairy four legged children.
I know you are a neighbor of Greece; need to add Athens to my list. One can always find Macedonia through out history in dealings w/ Rome, Greece, and Asia. One of the Major players in other words.
I need to get a good set of books about different countries around the word. That's a new goal of mine. I am kind of a biblophile!
Yes, BA in general History. I am really fascinated w/ most world history. I feel it is important it really understand our origins, both biological as well as psychological and sociological. Through such means will we better understand ourselves.
I have a degree in history, and dream of visiting the places that I have read about in books and heard of through lectures. Pluse, Istanbul is very, very important to our current lives that everyone should visit that city. As well as Rome, Paris, London, St. Petersburg, Tokyo, etc . . .
It's like visiting your birthplace, the place where our current societies were truely founded.
I understand. I am one of those people that have sveral aquaintances, but a few friends. Thats okay though! People really don't find serious friends until they are older anyways. I mean, none of the people I am friends w/ went to school w/ me. They are all people I have met along the way at work or maybe @ the University. But friendship takes a lot of work and trust.
Considering your other post, I would say you need to put yourself out there more. Talk to people and be willing to be challenged by them. I thought I was secure in my taste in music and books and movies. Then I allowed myself to be exposed further to other forms of music, literature and movies (@ the University) and I am better for it.
Just think about it. Life is a never ending growing process. Such is Evolution!
What works best ? Just start up a conversation. Even if others join in, just look and be interested in what she is saying. Ask questions. That's it. Good luck!
I am a really bad fibber. Especially since I know everyone in me home town (where I have to vote) and they KNOW I can be there. My mom could do the absente thing, but I am giving her ride. Family duty and all.
The only problem w/ this whole punishment idea is that not all cities have the means to try animal cruelty cases. I mean, I know that we have a dog catcher and a humain society, but taking accounts of cruelty to the police officers (cause that's all we got) leads no where. It's quite frustrating really.
Do as your dog would do to lesser beings . . . . pee on their leg , I think the insanity plee would still work!
Seriously, very few people really put a lot of effort into how another living, breathing being feels. They do as they want, own a dog because it pleases them, or hit them because they are in the way. Not all people have or use their ability of empathy.
I did not know that someone could sue you for personally for giving out false info. (not includeing jobs and Govt and all that) But another person. I understand him being very upset and hurt by your actions. I can even understand him pulling away. But sueing, seems a bit much.
As far as taking from people who have nothing . . . . I think it really depends upon the Judge, and what was promised. Don't know how legally binding agreements and promises are via a dating website though.
