Sound like you or whomever is suffering from worry or nervousness, anxiety. Nature of mind is clear light, so don't worry nothing wrong with you, so please don't take pills. Anxiety occurs because we are not living in the here and now, thoughts can be bit like news feeds, little constant cycling news items. We often grasp onto a thought comprehend meaning or try to resolve some problem or other, however before anything is resolved we grasp onto the next thought over and over grasping onto thought after thought. , We often hope for something to occur soon, turn up, change like tomorrow or whenever. That sought of thought process probably we've engaged in throughout our whole life, our whole life we have not been living in the here and now. I read a book called "The Way of Zen" meditation. Also read quite a lot about Nehru Gandhi he used his mind carefully. Nehru chucked the British out of India, he actually did lots things and I found the booked called "Life and Times of Nehru Gandhi helpful. I made a study of Tibetan Mahayana (Dalai Lamas teachings) Buddhism, and that includes meditation, in the first instance type of meditation directed towards still the mind. My mind, many benefits, helps us the live in the here and now. Stop us from grasping thoughts with constant expectations that create worry, nervousness anxiety. So meditation, I found very hard, took number of years before i was able to actually park mind. My mind was like a raging bull in a china shop. There meditation classes support even in christian churches, most hospitals make meditation available as pretty much all forms of Ism... Myself spent over two years trying using this method: Sit comfortably, use one finger gently block right nostril and just naturally breathe in through left nostril and then breath out through the right x 11 Breathe in through right nostril and out through the left x 11 Breathe in through both nostrils and out through the both x 11 x 3 Whenever you find yourself following or grasping onto a thought, start the count again from beginning. Boss your mind (ego) command mind, and level contentment will change...
Hi L, oh we a bit of rain but not like they did up north. What they got in many ways was normal because cyclones always develop in the tropics. Often they turn into rain depressions head south and that dump lots of water. The last few years have not seem a lot of tropical storms. Part the problem today is developers and local councils have stretched commonsense and immigrants to the tropical region have been sold low lying land that should never have been developed in the first place. Still bleeding so must be Ok
We live only for as long as we have merit for human or any other rebirth. Extent of the merit is of course included in subtle-winds at the time of our conception, The moving energy migrating from life to life since beginningless time is without end. The causes have there interdependent arising's and of course nothing can become a nothing.

They claimed the cost of assurance was based on those statistics. Now Government explains how human lifespan has increased tenfold because the improved medical service available today.
